Prefer pick up food was cold and my bowl was missing half its topping , chicken tasted expired and my bowl wasn’t even full

I wanted to give a special shoutout to McKenna! Every time I come in, she is incredibly warm, kind, and inviting. When I was struggling to decide between a bowl or a burrito, she instantly knew how to help me by getting me a bowl with a tortilla on the side. I look forward to seeing her every time I go to this location. This girl is incredible at her job!

I’m not sure why this Chipotle only has 3.2 stars on Google. I’ve been there at least 5 times over the past few months and the food is always good and the staff is always very friendly.

Went there on the afternoon 12/30. Kitchen look clean, service was great, with Chipotle usually is a hit or miss. This time was a great experience.

Some of the workers are polite and kind. But the lack of urgency is appalling.
Went at 730 on a Saturday. Happy to see myself as one of 2 cars! Maybe 3 people besides myself inside. Not busy. Perfect conditions to have a great easy experience.

Too bad the food they did have looked like scraps at the bottom of pans. Meat choices were only pork and brisket.

So rather than wait for steak/ Barbacoa which I could see wasn’t even on the grill yet.
I was basically forced to order the more expensive brisket rather than wait 20mins for food at a near empty restaurant.

The experience feels like “ I’ll order what you have I guess” EVERY visit so far.

The convenient location on the way home is slowly becoming inconvenient and tiresome

Worse experience today! Only 1 girl making orders...brown rice was still not cooked! The check out was horrible they did not know how to accept a gift card!!! WTH.

Dont come here they will literally give you a 1/8 scoop of rice and a pinch of cheese.... the employees give dirty looks when asking for more which makes it worse!
