Chuck E. Cheese

Fun place for kids to play and I do appreciate they properly ensure kids are with the correct families, however the staff are very dismissive. They seem like they can’t be bothered and staff are wearing headphones and on their phones. Not very friendly or inviting workers for a children’s play place.

Service was bad. Pizza sat in the oven for at least 20 minutes after it was done. All employees were on their phones it was a terrible experience. I will never eat there again. My grandkids enjoy it, so i will bring them to enjoy the games.

So we come to Chuck E. Cheese a lot. And I mean a lot. This one is great. They recently upgraded some of the games and switched things around a bit.
I think that buying the passes is well worth it if you have little kids, if you come even once a month it essentially pays for itself in that visit and you get a discount on food.
My kids love it there and literally don’t get tired of it even with coming so often.
We just pop in for an hour, use our passes and leave.
For a big family you won’t find cheaper activities than this using the pass.
Other than that it’s always clean when I come. But I recommend coming during the week because it’s generally less busy!

Chucky cheese was very nice to go to. It had fast service and an upbeat atmosphere with the constant music that even had ASL in the corner so deaf kids can also understand. The games were simple and nice to play but sometimes the cards didn't work and you had to wait like 20 seconds to try again 10/10 would go again

Pizza was not great but no one goes to Chuck E Cheese for delicious food. We went for a birthday party. The birthday tables are virtually on top of each other. They aren't out of the path of the crowd or spaced in a way that prevents multiple parties from literally bumping into each other. The birthday package includes a special birthday show where the "birthday star" gets to dance with Chuck. What actually happens is all birthday children (in our case there were 6 of them) and their friends pile on a 5 x 5 dance floor to form a tiny, child size mosh pit. The child mosh pit is open to the whole restaurant with kids from every corner crowding in when Chuck emerges. It's really no more special to be the "birthday star" than it is to happen to be there when six other people are celebrating.

My grandchildren had fun. They played games and ride the lil rides. I think Chucky should come out more. My granddaughter never got to see him. She cried and was so Disappointed 😞. I told her he was at work and we'd see him next time. But really chicky should be out with all the children at least once every hour and a half. Alit of the picture things they have to get their pictures taken wée both broken. I then asked the worker and she said they are both out of order. As I was leaving I seen a man filling it up n kids getting their pictures. My grandkids already had coats on n we were leaving. Very disappointed. With the money I spent I could of at least got a free picture. Maybe next time. Get it together and it's a nice place.

Clean!!! Staff was excellent, extremely nice and friendly. Every game was clean, every table was spotless, the bathroom was clean. I haven't been to this location before but I'll most certainly drive the extra distance to come here.

My Husband and I took our two grandchildren ages 5 and 2 and they had a blast. The pizza was good and drinks are plentiful. The entire place was very clean and safe. A couple of birthday parties were happening and Chuck E came out to visit with the children. It had been over 30 years since my last visit with my son and experiencing it with his children was awesome. Totally recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I took his kids to one of my friends sons birthday parties and it was a great time. I love all of the newer upgrades and our babies were worn out by the time we got home! The pizza isn't the greatest but hey the kids were happy

It was actually really nice. The pizza was good and the place was clean.

Not happy at all, I am here right now for my grandsons birthday party. My daughter is paying $300 and they have no goodie bags for them,almost all of the games aren't working and the staff is not doing to good of a job. We are pretty much paying $300 for pizza and drinks!
