I usually have a great time at other locations but the mayfield location is always so unprofessional and unorganized. Smh even the employees was rude . The manager Shante was rude to my daughter as soon as we walked in . She was trying to see the keychains to the cards and she yelled at her to move away from the counter .
Chuckie cheese always a good time for kids
Not worth the money. It’s unrealistic to have an indoor play area built in and then ask for more $ on top of what parents are already spending to be there. Furthermore, leaving the trampoline door open and then expecting other kids not to want to go in is also ridiculous. $15 for a small play area and trampoline is wild.
Everyone who works there also looks like they’re being held against their will. There’s plenty of other places to take kids to play. Save your $
The most miserable unpleasant group of incompetent workers I've ever dealt with. We came for a premium birthday package and it was the absolute worst. The food sat on the table for quite a while before they even called the guests over, nobody helped you with anything. It took forever to cash out with your tickets. Because the lady had no idea what she was doing. And honestly looked high as hell. I will never spend a single dime at this place again.
Unreasonable to expect a parent to keep their toddler away from an open trampoline and slide/play area, when you come to Chuck e cheese to play. Employees should not be allowed to touch kids to enforce rules and the trampoline and adventure area should be included with a play card.
Cool local joint, whether delivery or dine in. When dining in, they have a chouple sit down/table top free arcade games for the kids to explore while waiting for your food.
Absolutely fabulous brand new adventure zone ans great deals. Best place to take kiddos to esp. as the cold weather sets in. Thanks for making it a great experience for everyone!
My husband and I took our two year old to this location on a Wednesday evening and spent almost $80 on a medium pizza, appetizer, two drinks, and a game card. My son loved the dance floor, so we sat at the table next to it so he could play.
Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill. The booths around us were filled with tools because a crew was building an indoor playground, and there was a vacuum cord stretched across the floor which I had to ask an employee to move for safety. Then the crew began using loud power tools right next to us. The drilling terrified my son.
I approached two employees and asked how long the noise would continue. They told me “probably all night.” When I asked for a manager, I waited quite a while before she arrived. The manager was kind, sympathetic, and apologetic. She mentioned she was new and had never been shown how to process a refund. She offered to pack up our food to go, but since we live 40 minutes away and had more errands, that wasn’t practical.
While she tried contacting the district manager for help, we waited another 15 to 20 minutes and my son became increasingly upset. When I asked another employee if I could at least have a few of our fries that were done for him while waiting, he laughed and said, “If you want a refund, you ain’t gettin no food.” This was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Eventually, the manager explained that the refund couldn’t be processed because the employee who rang up our order had already clocked out early and the system wouldn’t allow it. She asked another young employee to write a note for me to use as an $80 gift card at another time, but he was dismissive and condescending, even rolling his eyes when I mentioned my son’s sensory processing disorder.
The manager did her best and was genuinely kind, but she clearly wasn’t given proper training or support from corporate. The rest of the staff were rude and made an already stressful situation worse.
We left disappointed and heartbroken. What was supposed to be a fun night out for our son ended in tears and frustration. Chuck E. Cheese used to be a wonderful place for families, but this experience was unacceptable. I truly hope corporate provides better training and support for their managers and ensures construction doesn’t disrupt families’ visits in the future.
Since they remodeled it all the tables are set up by cafeteria style very very crowded for birthday parties not really any room to move around too many people to be in that small of a space
A total disappointment. Not worth the money anymore. Nothing but a few garbage digital games.

Great fun
Took the grand baby way better then when my kids was little can buy hourly unlimited card
It's not the same from the 80's, and 90's
This is the New and Improved version! Loved it! Very clean and bright. Nothing like it was back in the 80's and 90's. Something for different ages of kids. I would definitely recommend this venue for your event! Food was decent! The kids loved every minute. It was well organized and run.
Fun place for kids
