It's not the same from the 80's, and 90's

This is the New and Improved version! Loved it! Very clean and bright. Nothing like it was back in the 80's and 90's. Something for different ages of kids. I would definitely recommend this venue for your event! Food was decent! The kids loved every minute. It was well organized and run.

Even though we were a lil behind , they worked around our schedule , made sure we had the best experience at Chuck E. Cheese and most importantly my son had a blast seeing chuck e , and riding all the rides and playing games with his cousins and running around he loved his 3rd birthday and was sleep on the car ride home would recommend for parties

This location is very well-maintained. It’s not my home base but we’ve come twice now when traveling and the games are never broken, the employees are all eager to help and kind, and the atmosphere is great. It’s also very clean!

Horrible service honestly I'll rather go to Parma before I ever come here !!!! Food was a 45 minute wait just to be cold !!! And the salad bar was hot and horrible. Kyle was the only person working cooking & working the counter and the prize thanks to her for all the hard work but I want ever come back

I love this one in north olmsted we had my son birthday here all of the workers have a positive attitude very helpful i wish they will get the air fixed

Bathrooms are always kinda nasty. Pizza is super expensive. But we still go regularly because it's still worth the visit and my son loves it here.

Fun place for kids to play and I do appreciate they properly ensure kids are with the correct families, however the staff are very dismissive. They seem like they can’t be bothered and staff are wearing headphones and on their phones. Not very friendly or inviting workers for a children’s play place.

Service was bad. Pizza sat in the oven for at least 20 minutes after it was done. All employees were on their phones it was a terrible experience. I will never eat there again. My grandkids enjoy it, so i will bring them to enjoy the games.
