This is a great breakfast sandwich shop. The sandwiches are super good and we love coming here but holy crap are they slow. Frustratingly slow every single time. We’ve had to stop coming here unfortunately cause we know it’ll take a long time. The sandwiches are real good and we live close by but it’s quicker to sit down at a bfast restaurant then come here. Sandwiches here are in high demand which is good but we arrived 10 minutes after they opened once and waited 40 mins for a sandwich.

We waited 30 minutes for a bagel sandwich and we ordered in the restaurant only 18 minutes after they opened. They have also made my order wrong twice on previous times. I won't be coming here ever again

Save your Money. Waited 35 minutes for a single sandwich, when I went back to the counter to ask for a refund the attendant, went back to the kitchen and came out with a sandwich that was cold and tasted awful. Took a single bite and tossed it out.
There are much better option in the area that serve much better food and provide a quicker turn around time.

These people are simply incredible! have been to the Flats location a few times in the last couple of weeks. Cockys is by far one of my favorite places to go on multiple occasions. My son loved going to grab a sandwich for lunch (the “Dirty” on an everything bagel is killer), and my friends enjoyed a night out down in the water. The atmosphere is unmatched. Not to mention the owners make it a point to go up and say hello to everybody in attendance. They make it intentional to go above and beyond, and I will continue to this place a prime location to visit, and the recommendations to join will never end. Cheers to cockys, the owners, and their team…. Yall are just getting started!

Great little sandwiche shop. We usually get breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. And it is always busy. Order ahead if possible. The atmosphere is great inside also. But we have never sat in to eat. The service is a bit slow for a sandwich shop. But they are non stop. Aside from service this place is top notch.

When calling an order the person who answers won't give a time on how long your order will take which leads to extremely long lines within the store. I've seen multiple customer get upset on the long wait. This has happened on multiple trips/orders.

I love the food when it’s made correctly numerous times I’ve ordered my order has been completely wrong. I’ve reached out even tried calling and I’ve gotten no response. Very disappointing.

We needed vegan options close to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Located 10 to 15 minutes away, this North Olmsted establishment was convenient.
We had eaten at the Cocky’s in the Flats, so we knew what to expect.
The menu does not appear to offer in-house, non-processed options. It’s prepared foods - processed cheese and meat substitutes- by an outside vendor.
Still, the service was good and it offered fast turnaround before heading to the airport.
We had an ultimate Sammy and a sausage Sammy.
