My wife and I ordered cupcakes online to the store last month but when we went to pick up the cupcakes they told us they didn't have our order and couldn't fill it because it was online. We then tried to call and email to get a refund for the cupcakes we dis not receive and have been ghosted by the company. The cupcakes are good but the organization betwee stores and the customer service are both awful.

Extremely disappointed when it said they were open until 10 and we went at 8:04 and their door was locked.
Great service and selection. A little pricy but understandable. Great flavors and love that there is buttercream and cream cheese base frosting available. It's unlike anything in the area so, great to see it thriving!

I bought a strawberry cupcake and it was $7…it tastes just like the strawberry pillsbury boxed cake.
Very dry... for a 7$ cupcake they should be fresh... not 2 or 3 days old....yuck!

Delicious cupcakes!! Adorable candy land atmosphere and very kind and sweet staff! Saja is literally the best cashier, super knowledgeable on all the flavors and fillings. She really helped me decide one the perfect cupcake ? for my preferences.
The cupcakes are indeed colossal. Satisfied with quality. Must visit.

Excellent place, great cupcakes, and the atmosphere is Devine! It's a really neat concept. I could have done without the homeless man falling asleep on one of the chairs. It made me uncomfortable to be there. But that was a one off.

This little shop is a sweet stop for sure. You'll feel like you've stepped in to a cartoon or video game or movie. It's so cute. There's several decorative chairs to sit on and enjoy your treats if you so choose. I just feel they're a little over priced. I had the fruity pebbles cupcake and it was super sweet but really good.

Massive cupcakes! Very unhappy though. Got home to eat them and found MOLD on the bottom of our nearly $7 cupcakes. ?. We had to throw the whole thing away. A waste of $40. Very unhappy.
