I paid $7 for a Blizzard that was basically plain soft-serve with barely any Reese’s cups mixed in. The mix-ins are the whole point of a Blizzard, and this one was seriously lacking.

I’m not trying to be dramatic.. mistakes happen, but for the price, this was disappointing. I’d really just like it made right, whether that’s a properly made Blizzard or a small credit/gift card for next time.

I usually enjoy DQ, which is why this stood out.

I forgot to get the names of the crew that made me & my daughter have the best day! From jump they were so nice. The man who brought the food out to us, fist bumped baby & talked with her about bluey. The lady at the register let her go make her own icecream cone & my daughter was ecstatic! Thank you guys very very much for today & continue the great customer service 🫶🏽

Came here on a Monday night & asked for 2 blizzards. Upon paying, I realized I was a dollar short so I asked to get an ice cream cone in place of 1 blizzard and you would have thought that I requested something outrageous because these girls absolutely lost it. The girl working drive thru at 8:30pm on 9/29/25 got very rude and was very passive aggressive. All for a kiddie cone.

Ordered an edible photo cake that, to save my life, I couldnt get at the Elyria store. Because I wasted time at the Elyria store I had only 4 days to get this cake ordered and in my hands. I called the N. Olmsted DQ and that cake team was absolutely amazing! I truly wish I could remember the ladys name that I worked with because she was so helpful. She took the order confirmed she got the email with the photo and details about the cake. She even called me back to make sure I wanted a black backgroud. It was clear she knew a cake was importasnt to us when celebrating my childs birthday. She gave me a few ideas and time to fix it and send it back. She confirmed she got the new design. I picked up the cake and it was perfect! My child loved it! We all did! Thank you so much for saving the day and helping to make our celebration special!! We had a great time and ofcourse the cake was deliscious!
