Ordered 2 Pizzas, 30 Wings and a large salad. Ordered at 5pm to be ready at 6:15pm. Arrived at 6:13 and waited till 7pm to get my order. Was told kitchen was backed up. Although the food was good... My Time is worth more!! Note: Order was over a $100 at least a manager could have come an explained why they could not provide timely service.

Food was really good today I went here trying the breadsticks and the honey bee pizza idk if it was today but service seemed a lil slow but it isn't that bad I strongly recommend coming here though especially if ur looking for a filling lunch/dinner

I am a Doordasher. Arrived tonight to pick up an order. The lady at the desk walked in the back and came back out to say that "it's still being worked on", so I waited quietly and patiently for over 20 minutes.
During this time, I overheard her tell another associate that they were waiting on my order and saw her verifying it on the screen.
After my wait, she popped out of the back claiming that the order was already sent out.
It wasn't, which meant I would have to wait for it to get paid the $6.75 for the order or abandon it and not receive a cent.
I'm a 5-star, Platinum Dasher with over 1,000 deliveries at a 99% on-time rate and this isn't the first time I've had to dump or eat a late delivery thanks to this location.

The pizza was great. 5 tables max were full and we still had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. More than 3/4 of the restaurant was empty and we found out why. But if you can wait the deep dish pizza is great. Dad said the fish wasn’t good but it is a pizza/pasta place

Not the greatest experience this time around. Ordered very early in the day for a 7pm delivery. Late delivery and had to argue with the Door Dash delivery person just to get our food. Had we known the delivery was through Door Dash, never would’ve even ordered. Food was ok, not great. Hard to determine if it was due to how late it was, or just the food itself.
Our waitress readily and freely admitted that this was her 2nd day, so I will give grace. We had to repeat everything. Refills, order correction, etc. She was very nice and pleasant, tho. Another young lady was helping her so it also lessened the angst. We had the mozzarella sticks (or whatever they call them) for appetizers. They were soooooo good. I think the sauce was a little salty but I would order it again. Definitely tasty. The food is good as well. We ordered chicken parm, spaghetti 🍝 with meatballs and some other pasta. I'm not a fan of the sauce used with the chicken parm. I ordered it because I thought it would be the same sauce as the mozzarella sticks. It is not and kind of chunky. They give ginormous portions. You probably can't sit and eat the whole thing. You'll definitely take some home. I would return.
