DO not get the new stuffed crust pizza. For two reasons. The first being it's 2025 and they just realized it was a thing. Second...it sucked! The cheese crust jail was too big. The stuffed crust portion came half way down the slice. Meaning there was no crust left for the pizza. The dough is portioned. So, I got cheese crust with a bunch of mush. The pizza was so thin I couldn't get it out the box. Grabbed a fork and the middle was what you would call mush. Trashed it! Nice try I guess? You can get a better stuffed crust at Walgreens. Like just cheat and look at the other guy. Just saying. I knew it wasn't gonna be good. The driver just gave it to me. No warmer baggy. Just the pizza and receipts sticking out. Plus he was like "here" and just turned about. Yes. Yep. Had this crap before. Cya.

Worst place on earth my order was wrong and when I told the guy he started raising his voice so I asked him to speak to me like I am speaking respectfully I was asked to leave !!!! I then tried to contact the manager so same guy answered placed me on hold for 15 min !!!

I have had this happen before. The app will not process my payment however it processes thru my credit card. It then tells me to call the store however no one answers. When we get the bread pieces they are always in a puddle of butter that is leaking all over the place.

Update: I had a bad experience but customer service called and talked to me about it and they made it right. It was a busy night and my order missed QA. This makes sense because the driver mentioned that they were slammed.

Called to order for delivery I live in north Olmsted it’s 4 mins drive from the store to my house I ordered from there plenty of times never gotten a problem Today I call for delivery 1 guy picks up the phone Sounds intoxicated He tells me they can’t deliver to North Olmstead, and I would have to call the Fairview because I live on the Fairview side Even though I live in north Olmsted 4 mins away!!!!! then he hangs up on me while I was talking I wasn’t even done speaking to him Then I called back a lady picks up “HELLO THIS IS CHRIS TALKING “ “What can I get you “ “I said I would like a cheese pizza” then she tells me they don’t deliver to that address She said “”It’s not happening !!! “” Mind you I ordered from that location many many times they it’s 4 mins drive

We ordered a pizza online through the app at 11:20 and we pulled up at 11:30. (They close at midnight) We got a text saying our order was in the oven and would be ready in 10 mins. We arrived and the rude employee was yelling at us through the door saying they had no orders. One hour later we received a text saying our order was cancelled. Overall poor communication and rude employees. Will never go back to this location.

Skimpy toppings on pizza and Skimpy cheese bread. Definitely get more bang for your buck at other Domino's. Perhaps they should take a trip to Huron Domino's to see how it's done.
Driver gave me the wrong order. When I looked inside the first box I knew it wasn’t right then I heard a very loud pounding on my door. I took the two wrong pizzas to the door with me. He said I gave you the wrong ones. I said yeah I saw that when I opened them. He gave me my order. 5 minutes later in the middle of eating a piece of pizza I hear the same very loud pounding on my door. I open the main door and as I go to open the storm door he pulls the door right out of my hand. He said I’m gonna need the order back. I told him I have exactly what I ordered I checked it and am already eating it . He then said I need it back and tried to push past me to go in my house. I pushed him back out and after 4-5 times of yelling at him get the f$&k off my property he left. Did the next delivery get the ones I gave back to him? I opened them. Food is good
