I have had this happen before. The app will not process my payment however it processes thru my credit card. It then tells me to call the store however no one answers. When we get the bread pieces they are always in a puddle of butter that is leaking all over the place.
Update: I had a bad experience but customer service called and talked to me about it and they made it right. It was a busy night and my order missed QA. This makes sense because the driver mentioned that they were slammed.
The indian guy at the cash register during the night shift was beyond rude. Dude was talking to me with an attitude for no reason and I felt like I wasn’t welcome. Not coming to this location again
