So unpleasant coming here unlike any other location. My drink was not close to even full, with a considerable amount of room in the cup even for an iced drink. So when I asked the rude and seemingly entitled girl working why it was nearly 1/3 empty, she rolled her eyes and said, “the machine is just like that”. Okay, fine. Then she slams the window shut, so now I’m waiting for a stirrer that she eventually handed me as if I asked for something impossible. Rude, unfriendly and overall not good employees all that seem to be working at the Stearns Rd in North Olmsted. Save your money and time, go to another location.

This dunkin used to be so great now it’s ridiculous and they hire anyone and are always out of things and can never make what you want the staff is rude all the time so just skip this dunkin and go to the other one on Lorain Road !
