Have never been here before and wish i would have stayed away.Service was terrible our waiterJesus2 was not very accommodating.Waited about 10 minutes before he even acknowledged us.We placed our order and had to ask for chips and salsa. When the food arrived that's the last I saw of him, had to flag him down to ask if they had any hot salsa he then proceeded to bring me a bottle of Franks Red Hot???. Never came back to ask if we needed anything or how it was. Wanted a refill on my beverage never got it Had to ask him for my bill. Terrible customer service needless to say I won't be coming back.!!! When i went to pay the bill told the manager about our visit and our waiter he said that's the best waiter they have??Wow good luck Amigos!!!

Had the fajita mixtas. Cane out yummy and warm. The atmosphere is so wonderful. It feels like a vacation. Service was quick and very personable
Great atmosphere, attentive staff, colorfully creative unique tables and chairs. Fried Chicken Chimichanga's and the Steak Fajitas are our go to choices. Quality and authenticity of the food speaks for itself. The lunch buffet is way worth the money.

WORSE experience BY FAR I ever had at a restaurant!! We placed our order & place with many empty tables around us. Other tables that showed up after us were getting their food before us as we waited an hour. Server brought fajitas but brought no tortillas. She said she would bring them but 10 minutes later we are still waiting while she is making drinks for other tables. Manager comes by (total A-HOLE) offered to reheat our food & acted like he did us a great favor. Kept repeating "we are busy" as a reason for the wait. Wouldn't leave us alone as we were trying to eat after the long wait even raising his voice making a scene. Barely ate anything we were too frustrated. Manager said to me he offered to do something but I was too stubborn so he told me I am not welcome at El Rodeo restaurants in future as he said he is the owner (he is actually the son of the owner). Don't worry we won't go back & I will publicize this as much as I can!!

Food was really good! I loved they had radishes for my tacos, the servers were super nice, I would go back with my family, the only thing that might need improvement would be the salsa for the chips, could be a little better.

The waiter with moustache wasn’t very attentive, seems like he didn’t want to work. The fajitas portion was small and not really seasoned, they charged $3 for a pinch of cheese. This place didn’t hit the spot. Very average.
