Hand-rubbed with Dave's secret blend of spices and pit-smoked for 3-4 hours over a smoldering hickory fire. Then slathered with Rich & Sassy® over an open flame to seal in the Famous flavor with a crispy, caramelized coating.
Baby Back:
Two slow-smoked options: Original style - Dave's own rib rub and Sweet & Zesty® sauce or Memphis-Style - rubbed with a secret recipe of herbs and spices, hit with a vinegar mop and served naked.

The st Louis ribs were good...the side dishes ok..the service for a party of 30 was bad they only had one waitress taking our orders which you can imagine was bad but the waitress never lost her cool she was patient and has manners..when our food really arrived mine food was cold. I ordered the catfish finger, and they were a disappointment. The chicken thign and leg were very small and cold. The small side of Wilbur beans was ok. The corn muffin was mushy. My husband ordered...

Service took forever just to get normal drinks. Floor under our booth had BBQ sauce all over the place. Had to have the manager mop because it was that bad. Had to go outside and walk in the snow to get some of the sauce off of our shoes.
