Nothing but kids working there. The cashier was standing around talking to his friends and snickering at customers standing in line. I love firehouse but this location is an awful stain on a good franchise.

Spent over $50 on subs for them all to be wrong. They really need to read the instructions and make them the way the customer pays for them to be made. Terrible! Go here if you want your food to be made wrong!

My order was not taken. It looked like the whole restaurant was being run by one worker. That is so unfair to them. They were veryyyyy polite and said sorry about the wait. What is going on with staffing here? The food is amazing but you can’t expect one person to do everything.

Service is SLOW! We ordered and it took 45 minutes to get two luke warm subs. The manager cleaned the cooler for 15 minutes. One customer left because nobody came to take his order. There are many reviews like this, they apparently don't care.
Ordered subs online 3 days in advance since larger order. Arrived at selected time and the order was not ready. Waited 25 minutes. Food was good once received and the staff were pleasant.

This has been the worst experience that I've had been with firehouse. The subs were soggy and without any flavor. We ordered 3 subs and paid over $43, and it was not worth it. The sandwiches ended up in the trash because they were just inedible. They were mushy and kind of nauseating. If I didn't want to have them out of sight, I would've taken some pics. This was probably the last time that I would go to this place. I can go to a nice place and spend that much money. 5 waste of money.

They don’t care about our veterans. Firehouse subs are offering a free medium sub meal on veterans day for veterans. But went to the Avon location and was told the owner said no subs. But they would honor the chips and drinks.
