The Italian is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately the customer service has diminished. Went out of our way to go here instead of Subway, spent almost $50 for 2 meals and the sandwiches were not made correctly. No bacon and the sandwiches were soggy. Called and of course no fixing it. Driving back was not an option. Smh well it's too bad. We really enjoyed their sandwiches but the rude service will not be getting any more of my money!!

I got carryout which I ordered in advance. The order was ready when they said it would be, it was well prepared and I enjoyed it. I got the Thanksgiving sandwich , which they normally don't have and was delicious. Not much to say here, it was a carryout sub and it was good.

I have never been denied service from a restaurant at lunch time due to being behind because of online orders. Apparently they are unorganized.

They get my order wrong every time and they just suck. Idk why I keep coming back here.
My first time coming here. I ordered a caption club with double meat. I paid 22.00 for a sandwich with absolutely no bacon on it and paid for double meat. They literally have children working here. I will not be back. I don't mind paying extra for anything but to not get what I paid for is totally bs. It's sad that my first experience at this restaurant had to be so bad. Do better and maybe hire someone of age. I understand there's staffing issues everywhere but this is unacceptable
