I've never waited so long at a Firehouse Subs before! Also, they usually heat your sub, so it's nice and warm, not here. Roll seemed slightly stale.

I am from south philly so I know a thing or two about how a hoagie should be. However I had a good jerked turkey sandwich. I wouldn't touch the meat balls because they contain pork along with the beef.
Took over 25 min to receive two subs. Crew made the order of the people behind us before ours for some reason even though they ordered after us. Cashier made the ordering process way overly complicated and then messed up our subs anyways. In the end paid $34 for two messed up subs. I came here because I expected it to be better than subway but it was worse in just about every regard.

We stopped in this past week for subs at lunch. The subs were excellent!!! The employees were also super nice and appreciative of our business. They have daily sub specials which we will be back to try. I recommend checking out Firehouse if you’re looking for a great sub that’s a step up in taste and freshness!
