We had the double bacon cheeseburgers . Food was good. No issue there. Issue was tables were dirty. We went to 3 different tables and all were dirty. Cashier didn't say anything to us when we placed our order, just looked at us. We saw a couple ask an employee to clean a table before they sat down . She cleaned that one table and walked by the others were dirty. Numerous employees would come to the drink station and get supplies but no cleaning was done. Trash can at the front door was nasty. Plenty of employees were working while we were there but they all stayed at their station and nobody seemed responsible for cleaning the dining room. This happened at the Fayetteville,NC location at 5:30 pm today and they were not busy.

They stole money from me! I ordered through Freddys website for delivery. Ordered three meals with concretes. The meals were delivered but no concretes. Called the Freddys in Sevierville Tn were the food was ordered from and told them and they said that’s not there fault and can’t do anything about it! They said they have a sign up telling the drivers to go in cooler and get the drinks so it’s not on them. I explained it is because I ordered through their website not DoorDash! He said nothing they can do! I already paid of course through their website so I am out my money and food. He said he can’t do anything and hung up on me! That is theft!!!

We placed our order at the drive up, one car was in front of us. We waited approximately 7 minutes for the vehicle in front of us to get their food. Once we paid for one large order of fries it took another 4 minutes before we received our fries. We will never be eating at Freddy's again. They didn't even fill the fries full.

Great place and way better than any other burgers around. Great service from Alexandria.

Why am I writing a fast food review LOL! But truly this is my favorite fast food place ever and this location is truly the best. I had never had Freddy’s until it moved to North Olmsted and I honestly don’t crave fast food ever. First week I tried it I went back two more times THAT WEEK! Food is perfectly salted and very consistent. I’ve never waited too long and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this location and those burgers are insanely good.

I really just wanted to speak about Jona who took my order. He was very polite and informative. This was me and my kids first time here and the way he explained our meals was awesome. He also showed alot of patience and continued to check on us while we were dining. He made this experience very great for us and for that i appreciate him! Thanks Jona! Oh yeh, food was 7 out of 10.

Management or any employee didn't know what kind of oil was used in the fryer. A employee seemed annoyed and said he "googled it for us." Girl with glasses and nose ring was wiping her hands on her shirt and scooping ice cream toppings out with her hand. She wiped the excess ice cream off the cup with her bare hand and didn't once wash her hands. Huge allergy cross contamination issue.
