The district Manager Alex sexually harassed my son last night, he was harassing my daughter in law, she is pregnant was at the emergency room with dr notes he tried to make them come to work it is so bad that they walked out last night. I called the corporate office with no return call, and Alex told both of them that they will not get there last pay checks. I am meeting with a lawyer tomorrow to go over our options

This place stinks. Service was horrible, couldn't understand the people taking our order, out of fries, ordered a shake but got a concrete. Asked for it to be corrected... got another concrete. They literally don't even know what a milkshake is. 🤣

Normally wouldn't post but these people are 0 for 3 visits.

Way overrated. Extremely long wait at the drive through with no one else in line ahead of me. Mediocre food at best. Luke warm burger but good French fries. Not a good value for the cost of their meals. Skip this place and save your hard earned cash.

Drove all the way here to use a Buy one Get one coupon I got from the Fairview Park athletic boosters and this location would not accept it. Food was alright.

Freddie's in Ardmore, OK is ridiculous!!!! I get that you run out of menu items sometimes. It happens everywhere, especially these days. Not a big deal. But when you run out of an item for an app order, don't substitute an item that is priced at HALF OF WHAT I PAID for the item I ordered then act like you're doing me a favor when I questioned you about the significant price difference!!!! I should have been given a refund for what you didn't have! But nope I got extra "free" fries...... that was pointed out to me twice. Now I remember why I quit eating there!!!!!

Delicious burgers. I got the jalapeño burger, so tasty and the right amount of spiciness, very flavorful. Great onion rings.

My husband and I love the food here! We wish the service was better and the restaurant was cleaner inside. Usually we run through the drive thru but the times I’ve been inside the floor and seats have been sticky and the bathroom was dirty. Seems a shame since the building is a new. In the past month we tried to order food at the drive thru and the “fryers were down.” Recently I went inside to use the restroom and order. Nobody came to the counter to take my order for five minutes. Figured I’d just go through the drive thru and nobody greeted me for a few minutes. I yelled out and honked my horn and got no response. As I was about to leave someone answered and acted like they hadn’t heard me. I got to the window and then they told me they didn’t have any chicken fingers. Honestly this is an issue at a lot of fast food restaurants in North Olmsted. If you want your business to do better honestly just have good customer service. Hire other people besides teenagers.
