CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS VERY RUDE I BEEN CASHING PAYROLL CHECK OVER 15 YEARS WITH GIANT EAGLE BUT EVERYTIME AT THIS LOCATION CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS WE ONLY CASH CHECKS TO PEOPLE WE KNOW BUT WE WILL DO IT THIS TIME LIKE SERIOUSLY JUST ASK FOR GIANT EAGLE CARD AND ID AND YOU SEE IF CUSTOMER IS IN THE SYSTEM JEESH ALWAYS THIS NORTHOLMSTED LOCATION AND IT WOULD HELP IF CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE FRIENDLY TO CUSTOMERS

I understand it snowing. But my son and I went into the store today. The parking was not even plowed. Customers were stuck. My son and I pushed 2 customers out. Went inside to talk to a manager this was about 4:15!pm. This manager on duty tells me “I don’t understand why people are in the store anyway?” So I told him they are there because they need things. And if he didn’t want it he should have closed his store. He tells me about the Becco that got stuck and couldn’t do any more work. Really sad when a big store like Giant Eagle knew this storm was coming and was not prepared. And your manager was rude. Your customers are pushing other’s customers out of snow so the can try to leave the parking lot.

Got in line today with my 4 and 5 year old grandkids. They were excited and happy and yes a little loud asking for popcorn etc and the old lady cashier who was ringing up someone in front of us said to my grandkids BE QUIET!! SHUT UP!! I CAN'T HEAR!! My grandson is autistic, he doesn't understand that he was too loud. This was Unacceptable! You need to educate your cashier's especially the old slow ones what Autism is and what an autistic child goes through. Now all my 4 year old grandson keeps saying is THAT MEAN ADULT TOLD ME TO SHUT UP. I'm so furious I don't know if I'll be back to shop there. The cashier's name is VERNA! What a evil mean old lady she is

with everything going on - I get a snot nose kid tell me not to set my reusable bag on the register -rude rude! I get that and ok but I don't need a rude kid saying this that has No gloves on! No gloves on one person in the entire store nothing to wipe carts. Just plain rude!
I used to shop late night to avoid crowds. You used to be open 24/7. Last night 3/13/20 the store was closed, what gives?

Service has really gone downhill. Never enough cashiers and some of the seniors struggle with self check out and could use more help. How about having employees at least help with bagging items in self check out? And if you want people to bring reusable bags you need to provide a counter or other areas for them to bag their own items.

in one visit to your store tonight experienced 3 different RUDE employees. 1) Deli: when asked to have deli meat cut a certain way she responded with we have it in the case already sliced. I stated it was not how I wanted it and she became annoyed and rolled her eyes!! 2) Bakery: asked for some Italian bread that I could not find and very snotty she replied it's over there. this was after I had to interupt her on her phone. 3) Checkout: If I wanted to bag my own groceries I would have gone to self checkout!!!
