It's Just Wings

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

Have tried this place multiple times. Initially they were good but have consistently gone done hill Everytime. Tonight will be our last order after receiving wings covered in just oil and not getting any of our fries.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Lemon pepper wings and Nashville hot wings were bland as heck. Fries weren’t even seasoned. Best thing was the sprite

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

gave my coworker completely raw chicken and customer service literally did not care

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

it’s just a “ghost kitchen” for chilis. what a scam.

After being ignored at Applebee's a short distance away I suggested Chili's. Immediately we were greeted upon entering, and were told there would be a slight wait of 20 to 30 minutes (we were a party of 7) - which we kind of expected. The hostess noted that at that time they were in the middle of a shift change and as soon as our server was ready we would be seated in an area that currently no one was being seated. We waited about 25 minutes and were seated. We met our server and he was worth the wait - highest rating for his service without a doubt. He was very friendly and patient with the larger group. Everyone's drinks came out quickly, and everyone's order was correct when it came out. The kitchen was kind of slow, but it was busy so no major deal. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos - and they were not spicy but at least there was a decent amount of shrimp. Those two reasons are the only very good grade for the food. No one had any complaints about their dinner. This was so much the better choice than the rude Applebee's here in North Olmsted.

I ordered wings and a blueberry pie. The order gets delivered and it's only the wings. I called back. I explained to them that I did not receive the pie. The manager said there's nothing we can do about that.
