This is an exceptionally clean location. Staff is friendly, attentative and sandwiches are made fresh while you wait. Restrooms are always clean, floor is clean, just a nice experience.

This jersey mikes is just freakin awesome. Very kind and always busy employees. I work nearby and stop every Sunday to get couple subs. Sandwich’s are always fresh and delicious. This is by far the best jersey mikes I’ve been too.

This Jersey Mike's used to better. Food is good but when picking up you have to grab drinks and chips. All other locations is ALL ready for you..Guess time to find a new location.

Been to this location a few times with no problems, but this last time was different. The same employees were working that have been there every time I’ve gone. I walked in an hour + before closing. Ordered my usual beef cheesesteak, that I’ve never had a problem with ordering before. Provolone. Extra veggies (no problem at any location with this as I don’t get any of the cold veggie toppings). They only had wheat bread. Ok. That was fine. I was complimented, told I was looking beautiful, which made me uncomfortable, I was in sweats after cleaning out the attic all day. I was sent out the door with more BS compliments and we’ll see you next time.
When we opened our subs at home, there was less than a regular portion of the veggies and little cheese. That explained the reason for the creepy compliments.
I will not be returning.

Jersey Mike’s is definitely my favorite sub shop in north Olmsted. Every time we pickup subs the guys are friendly and helpful. I can’t remember being disappointed and I’m a regular customer for many years.

Ordered two sandwiches with Rosemary Parmesan bread. Both sandwiches were substituted with white bread without notification or asking if we still wanted. Really rude service and unfriendly workers.

Staff is really fast and friendly! I’ve only gone here twice and the staff has always been amazing. I definitely prefer this be over Westlake every time! The 20 minute drive is absolutely worth it!

I ordered a sub online, the Italian sub, and it was like a thin piece of meat all the way across the bottom of the sandwich. There was really no meat on there and filled with veggies paid a lot of money for no reason, not happy.

First time eating here. Ordered online and picked up. Gave me the wrong bread, very skimpy on tuna and toppings. Two (2) jalapeño slices on the whole sandwich. I feel cheated and won't return to this location.

This location bothers me so much!!!! Because anytime I come to get a tuna sandwich mikes ways they’re always telling me we’re out of tuna. I’ll be craving jersey mikes so excited and it’s always something with them! Even once came and they told me they were out of bread and it was 2pm….over it

I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich hot sub used to love that place but when you have to open up your sandwich to see what's on it not good all bread no food. The amount of meat that they're putting on the sandwiches is ridiculous I don't know what happened to that place.
