Went in tonight 11/1/2025 thought I ordered a catering thing only to find out I screwed up and placed it for the next day. The three workers saved my life by making the sandwiches on the spot.

Delivery through Uber. Ordered on JJ app
JJ app said order was out for delivery at 6:16. It is a 8 min drive to my house… it is now 6:45 with an eta of 6:48 latest 7. Freaky fast I think not.
You know, I see these people giving Jimmy John's one star. Because they waited an hour for the food. The world is hard it's it's expansive to hire an employee to tell him to use his car to bring people food.
If you don't want to wait for the delivery, go pick it app, you can't order it online. I'm saying they didn't make it in front of you. It's a hard world if you're not happy with their service. Instead of posting something online, go in and talk to somebody. I bet you didn't do that.They've always done right by me, and I ordered from them since they would put there i don't have to tell you about your dietary issues. If you have dietary issues or allergens, don't order the sandwich.
That's for the people that gave this location 1-2 nonsense stars these guys are doing the best that they can blame corporate not the location

My wife ordered food from here, they sold the delivery to Uber, messed up her order, than the manager refused to refund the item we did not receive. Horrible customer service, horrible business practices. Keep your free drink. We won't be back

I ordered my sandwich (and it was just that… a sandwich) at 12:32. It’s now over an hour and my sandwich still isn’t here. When I called the woman quickly said “it’s on the way” and hung up. Jimmy John’s use to be fast… I’m sure they’re short staffed but still it’s a little ridiculous.

Horrible customer service! Waited over an hour and called to follow up. They said they arent sending any orders for another 15 mins so i requested to cancel. They literally said okay we will refund u (w no information from me) in 3-7 days or call back and hung up. I called back asking for a manger and was in disbelief i was talking to one the whole time. This child should not be running a chain!!
I have food allergies and serious digestive problems.I ordered: No mayonnaise, cheese, or lettuce. The rest of the inclded ingredients were messed up too. There was mayonnaise on the sub. No tomatoes!. Extra peppers - very few. The oil and spice seemed to be missing or minimal as well. This happened on two of my last three orders. I won't be back! Subway lets you watch them make the sub, so it's done accurately instead of too fast. I have never had a problem at Subway. I had a serious bad reaction to the mayonnaise that made me sick before I realized what was in - or not in - the sub. You need to pay more attention to those with dietary restrictions!
