They didnt have anything from the menu but chicken. It was 7pm and they close at 8, no fries, no fried pickles, no box thats advertised, just garbage service!!

7/11/2025- Drive Thru-Had to wait 20 minutes for a 2 peice meal just for the chicken to be disgusting and cold. Not sure what took 20 minutes because it sure wasn't the cold chicken I was served. Don't waste your money

Ordered food around 6:15 and they accepted the order. Said arrival by 7:10. Went through 5 different drivers saying order wasn't ready. Then KFC canceled my order at 7:40 and went offline.

Would give A zero star if I could-changed my order and they overcharged me/forgot my drink and then after all that said they don’t do refunds-WHAT?? You overcharged me- never again- very disappointed

Staff was nice. I had to wait 30 min for food. They kept me up to date. Ordered Crispy Chicken and took way too long. They did try to give me food/drink while I waited. I am a pediatric nurse and really just wanted my food to go home. They took to long was caught in rush hour. Just time management was terrible. Not many people inside nor drive thru. Again staff was very friendly. Good was terrible too. Just won’t recommend KFC.

I ordered 2 3piece chicken meals why i only 2 pieces of chicken in each box I got both coleslaw no mashed potatoes n gravy I called up there n the manager said I got 4 boxes and it was only 2 boxes n said im trying to get more free food I just wanted what I paid for im a working woman n their food isn't that good for me to even try n get free food I hung up on her cause obviously the crew up there cant count never again I used to work at arbys and you kno what I always took care of my customers this manager at kfc waz very rude remember customers come first

I got a bucket there last night had to wait because it was still cooking...me and a bunch of other cats...it was hot and delicious..well done no pink chicken...got mashed potatoes and gravy.. even tried the cherry strudel..it was a fantastic yummy dessert... everything was great staff was super friendly...I don't mind waiting for 5 star fresh hot food.for fast food ..great job KFC in North Olmsted....
