Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken for my family, the pieces were the equivalent of two nuggets each with hardly any sauce on them, fry containers half full. Thankfully I had sauce in the fridge we could use. We had to wait 20 mins for the food because they needed to cook it, which I didn’t mind because I thought it would be fresh and hot. No, it was ice cold. When you live five mins away you shouldn’t have to reheat any food. So we got happy meal portions when we paid for adult meals and cold food with no sauce. Waste of money.

I've heard bad things about this location and I reluctantly visited this KFC bc my daughter wanted it. The dining room along with the napkin dispenser is dirty and filthy. The workers were not pleasant and forgot parts of my order. They took forever which is disappointing bc we were their only customers.

Ordered the food online. Go to pick the food up at the exact time 7:30 as it says. They tell me thru the drive thru that they are closed. I just spent over $50 to not get any food. Asked if I would get a refund and I’m told to call the website…tf does that mean? How are you gonna make it to where I can order food if you are closed. Such a joke of a place

Brandon the manager working here gotta go. Came at 7:45. Said we’re closing what do you want. Mfers put a sign you close at 7:45 then instead of 8
I got pulled up front to wait 10 mins for them to bring out ONE chicken sandwich and a Mac and cheese. I just wanna know why? … nobody was inside eating so it wasn’t busy. Just me and one other car in line , both got pulled up front

This is the 2nd time in the past two weeks that I've been to this KFC. They are slow as all hell. Nothing has been prepared either time. I ordered online and went to the drive thru both times and was told to come inside. Both times it has taken 45 minutes to get my food. With this most recent time, the cashier taking orders was telling people their food was going to take 25 minutes because they didn't have any chicken dropped. I waited 45 minutes for only Two 3 piece tenders boxes. The drive thru worker was sitting in the back eating while there was a full line. The manager set the food on the counter when it was done and didn't call out who it was for and they all had an attitude other than the elderly woman. The manager didn't even say "sorry for the wait" or anything, she just gave me a dirty look and walked away.

This place used to be below average (chicken was salty, usually fried in old oil, and not much of business was going on. But now a new team is just taking over, the chicken is fresh and good, biscuits are hot and soft, tasty coldslaw,... Best part are $5.00 deals, my favorite deal is tight and leg, mashed potato, and biscuit. Give it a try! ❤️??
