I always have wonderful experiences at this location. Today (5/10/2024 at approximately 12:30pm) was especially wonderful because of the helpful staff that works here. There was a slight mix up with an order but both the sales associate and the manager working at this time were extremely helpful and kind to me throughout the entire process. The sales associate went out of her way to call another location to help remedy the situation and that was very nice of her. The manager, who I believe is named Julian (my sincerest apologies, I have terrible short term memory and didn’t have my glasses on) especially went above and beyond to remedy the issue. He saved me from having to drive across town during a busy Friday afternoon and I really appreciated that. Both him and the sales associate (whose name I didn’t catch before she had to attend to other duties) were both so attentive and patient throughout my entire visit. I definitely recommend this location and extend my sincerest gratitude for the staff members’ help and kindness I experienced at this location today.

Much too expensive now! $29 for some chocolate covered strawberries is outrageous!

The ice cream is just ok. Tastes like they add a fair amount of ice to it to stretch it out. I wouldn’t call it creamy by any means. It’s similar to grocery store brand ice cream. Just more expensive for less. I would personally drive the extra mile down to Bruster’s for ice cream. write home about. The chocolate is also just ok. Nothing to write home about.Edit: I just checked and the ice cream is straight up just the kind you can get from Walmart. It’s Perry’s brand and $5 a container at Walmart, which is close to what I paid for 2 scoops at Malley’s. Just get the Walmart kind.
Great Gift Wrapping
plain and simple.

This is a great store, very friendly and helpful staff.
My parents brought my sister and Into Malley’s in Lakewood after school events, starting around 1958. So, I’m now 72. Yup, 65 years of Malley’s treats! My Dad’s favorite : Black and Whites! Also my favorite. Also my 2 son’s favorite! Although Superman was my daughter’s and son’s favorites also! My Mom’s favorite was a hot fudge sundae, as is my wife’s! My Dad was Mr. Malley’s Sr.’s personal car mechanic! Lakewood store was my home base, then North Olmsted with my kids! Just love the ambiance of both! Lakewood changed inside a lot! North Olmsted had changes also but still has the carrousel still goes around! My wife just got home, she brought me some dark chocolate covered pretzels! See ya…. ??
Very good candy. A little expensive.
