Excellent sandwiches 🥪

Ordered on my app and the fire roasted veg soup is never on the web site so I called to see if available and it was but I still got the wrong soup- please update your site!!!!!

I'll be going back! Had a promotion from T-Mobile. Isabel was very helpful in helping me redeem my promotion. Very nice restaurant! Clean and modern next time I'll try a spud. Menu looked varied and delicious. Thank you Isabel

Loved my salad!!!

Felt very uncomfortable, and not welcomed at all. I ordered two corn beef sandwiches and only received one pickle, and then received a ripped bag when I asked for to go boxes. The apple just that comes in a box tastes like water.

I ordered from them today for the first time. I actually used door dash. I ordered soup a couple potato salads two sandwiches and a kids meal. Their food was amazing.The soup was triple wrapped. The sandwiches were fresh crisp and the pickles were fresh and delicious and the potato salad was absolutely amazing. I will definitely use them in the future and will frequent this business. I highly Recommend you eat here. And I will tell you, They had my food within twenty minutes. Amazing! Even if the to go order their attention to detail was beyond.

Great food Great service

First they forgot one of my items in my order. The chicken salad sandwich was drippy and wet. Also the chicken tortilla soup was not good at all. It had a rubber like texture. Very unappetizing. Will never go back or suggest to anybody.

I always come here! I really like their soups & sandwiches.

I’ve been here like three times now & probably won’t come back. Food is extremely sub-par & the service is horrible. They have like 15 year olds running the front counter that have zero customer service skills. It’s also always dead, so it’s like eating in a funeral parlor a lot of time.

The restaurant is in the mall but has an outside entrance I ordered the Sweet and Smoky Sandwich. The sandwich was good but service was slow. I went in with 8 colleagues and it took us about 20 minutes to get all of our orders.

We used catering services through McAlisters for the Olmsted Falls Tennis team (potato bar) and we had a fantastic experience. The food was on time, delicious and they thought of everything: plates, cups, napkins serving spoons etc. I can’t say enough. The girls loved everything. We highly recommend. Thank you.

Please get real drink carriers and I will remove this low review. The bags you have for multiple drinks cause spills every time and are a major inconvenience. Please get those cardboard 4 slot carriers every other restaurant has.

Tables are kept clean. People behind the counter are patient and helpful with questions I asked. They bring the food to the table. I love CLEAN places to eat. Theirs is three A's on my opinion!
