Slow all the time. If you order fries and nuggets prepair to pull up and wait. And wait. Then wait just a little more. You'll need about 3 cars to pull up and start waiting before you get ready to wait just a moment longer. Why? Funny you ask because then they'll bring all 4 orders out and everything will be cold because you had to wait on everyone else's food. This is the dumbest McDonald's in northeast Ohio.

I was one of your last customers and it's like 110am on Saturday morning. That's not an excuse for what just happened though. This brunette girl just handed me back a frappe with the rim pretty much full of it and I got it all over my coat, my tights, my hands, they smell now, my purse, I don't even know how to wash a purse hardly, the seat of my car. She didn't seem to care much, as I had a frigging panic attack as to what I was going to quickly do about it. If this wasn't an accident then that's extremely bad, and if it was an accident then you need to retrain this person and this is somewhat on you folks.
The pictures are after slurping up enough frappe to fill the 5 napkin stack she threw at me with her eyes glaring at me.

Well shouldn’t have even stopped after ordering yesterday and watching the girl wipe her hand on her nose to wipe her snot and then handing me my drink through the window,
but tonight i go through to get a 5$ meal deal and they didn’t give me my fries :) love how incompetent this location is specifically and it’s been terrible the last hand ful of times.
just now finally fed up genuinely so over this location. and how hard is it to put three items in the bag!

Ordered my food in the drive thru and was told to pull up. Waited about 15 min. for my food and had a girl come to the car 3 times to ask me what I ordered. Finally the last time, she had my order. I didn't realize until I got home that it was incorrect. I ordered a mcChicken meal, 20 pc nugget meal, and a cheeseburger with fries. Instead of the cheeseburger, I got a spicy chicken with cheese. I came to this McDonalds a week prior and was also told to pull up. They weren't even busy that day. I waited too long for my food that day as well. I will never go to this McDonalds again.

No one was even here and we were already waiting for food and then told to pull up. Faking your window times to look good for corporate is bullshit. You’re store is not being ran properly so own up to your long wait times and try to improve.

Do not DoorDash food from this location. Just received my order that was missing fries, had a sandwich that was just slapped together and drowning in condiments and 2 "Less Than Happy" meals that were both missing their drinks. Laziness and poor work ethic just runs rampant nowadays it would seem.
