This mall partners with sports memorabilia scammers. Prime Time Sports and Framing sells fake autographs. I personally purchased 10k worth. If you purchased anything from them, get it look at by a legit company.
Had to repeat order multiple times still got it wrong. Fries were raw basically and the sandwich was almost as good as gas station food. Disgusting.

Whoever the gentleman that was working tonight 7/25 really had his act together I’d come back just for his hospitality alone didn’t get a sandwich as I arrived just before closing time and he was more then willing to throw some jalapeño poppers and PEPPERONI & CHEESE BITES in the fryer for me as a truck driver from out of town never had this chain before but I’ll definitely be on the lookout to try it again in the future

They literally give you no meat on a sandwich unless it's a large. Ordered 2 small grilled Italiano minus the ham and literally got a sandwich with lettuce tomato and onion. The thinnest smallest pieces of pepperoni ever. I almost took it back. It happens every time I oder a small. Trust me go to north Ridgeville Mr

The order taker (young lady with black hair and slits in her eyebrows) was more concerned about upgrading my fries, drinks and cheese sauce then placing an accurate order. She was rude and not a good communicator. Fries tasted like they were frozen/ refrigerator taste as if they found them in the back of the freezer locker ?
