We've been here many times and have always enjoyed it. The food is a bit pricey, but delicious, so worth it.However, after going today we are very disappointed by the service. We brought our baby with us and no booths were available, so we were offered a table. We asked if we could wait for a booth, as the car seat can fit better/more securely in a booth. We didn't mind waiting, but the hostess did not allow us this option and said the car seat is fine on the chair. As a customer, I should be able to request a more comfortable seating option for our family, since we had no problem with waiting.I do want to mention our server was amazing, very kind. But if we are not given a safe seating option for our baby, we will not be returning.

This used to be our fave Mexican restaurant in the are but after last night's meal we will NEVER go back. Mediocre at best, food was bland and flavorless. Server acted as if she didn't care if she was there or not. Nice decor but you can't eat that.And why do they add a surcharge for using a credit card? Seriously? Who uses cash anymore.

Good food with my mom and penguin that a Ballon guy made. Other than that it's like the best Mexican place with the best rice that I have ever consumed in my life. I would highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Alot of vegetarian stuffs.

Staff was good. Food was over priced and just okay. I ordered Chicken Flautas and they looked like mini chimichangas with no sauce...definately not what I expected. We were charged .25-.50 more for each item than what was on the menu price. Ordered a shrimp ceviche to go for my daughter and we're still scratching our heads why they included Mayonnaise. We have eatten here on several occasions and each time we go I say it's mediocre over-priced mexican food.

I love their margs. But I am a Mexican and their food is NOT authentic. They put MAYONNAISE on their shrimp ceviche. You DO NOT PUT MAYONNAISE ON SHRIMP CEVICHE. So nasty,

We started going to this place to try something new from our usual Mexican restaurant.After a couple of try's of this location, we decided to stop coming here and go back to our usual Mexican restaurant.1st, compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area, at this location their prices are higher and expensive.2nd, when you enter the location from the back door location from the parking lot. The outside of the door, where they receive their deliveries is always really dirty and gross. If the outside of the back door is filthy, hate to imagine how their kitchen looks.3rd, We had a waitress that was really bad at service. It wasn't that busy when we stopped by recently, we all completed our meals and waited about 20-25 mins, for the waitress to come around for our check.Lastly, what put the cherry on top. Is during your meal, they have children that are family members going around selling candy out of boxes. The peddling of pushing candy sales, while having a family sit down meal is really tacky.
