We ordered 3 large takeout sandwiches. And we got 1 large, and two half. We're regular customer in this location. What I noticed about this store is the people preparing the food are talking too much and less focus on preparing. This is not the first time that happened.

I’m sorry but if I’m paying almost $9 then I expect a bowl that is full of French onion soup with melted cheese, not a bowl that is too big for their portioned “bowl” of soup. I asked the server if she could top it off and she said that the soup is pre portioned and she can’t fill it up. Very disappointed in the portion size for the price. Never ordering soup here again. To top it all off the soup was too salty for my taste. Maybe it is left over from yesterday and dried up from being in a warmer all day?? Wouldn’t be surprised because of the way it tasted. Their bagels are good and their sandwiches are better, so I will come back, just not for soup….

Friends and I stopped in for coffee, tea, and dessert. A pleasant young woman helped out our cashier and let us know she was almost done brewing fresh decaf. I see a lot of negative reviews of this location. Maybe a few more quality employees like her can improve it.

Today decided to go to Panera in North Olmsted for breakfast, When placing an order I asked to customize my sandwich not add anything on but take stuff off that I cannot have due to dietary issues. I was told by cashier with a bad attitude that they can't do that because that's not how the sandwich is made. Which I don't understand because you can do that when you order it online. So I decided to get something else just we told that they have none. Went in there for breakfast left there with only a coffee.That I ended up throwing out because it tasted awful

Went here the other day to grab a quick bite after work. Picked up a couple of salads for my wife and me. The bill came to around 30 bucks, which shocked me—but the real disappointment came when I got home and found that the lettuce and tomatoes in the salads were wilted and rotten. The two small containers of dressing barely had anything in them. Definitely never coming back. To anyone reading this: save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.
Every Panera bread serves a decent amount of Chicken with the strawberry salads. Somehow this came to 3 morsels of chicken at the North Olmsted Store. I was told to accept this 4oz ( are you kidding me- size on the large salad). Needless to say, the manager is all sweet and trying to save the store. Run from this place, and go to Canes for at least 4 prices of chicken

Very upset we got to Panera at 10:35 and said couldn’t do breakfast. Lady was not nice and said I’ll take you over here while we were waiting in line and said they don’t do breakfast anymore. I’ll never come back here. I mean really guys I was waiting in line

there is a severe weather warning and they kick everyone outside into the weather instead of letting people seek shelter.. this is just horrible and disgusting
