Every Panera bread serves a decent amount of Chicken with the strawberry salads.
Somehow this came to 3 morsels of chicken at the North Olmsted Store.
I was told to accept this 4oz ( are you kidding me- size on the large salad).
Needless to say, the manager is all sweet and trying to save the store.
Run from this place, and go to Canes for at least 4 prices of chicken

The most pathetic looking $12 salad I've ever bought. Drug Mart has better looking salads. Their quality has been so bad this past year or so. Not worth it anymore.

Very upset we got to Panera at 10:35 and said couldn’t do breakfast. Lady was not nice and said I’ll take you over here while we were waiting in line and said they don’t do breakfast anymore. I’ll never come back here. I mean really guys I was waiting in line

there is a severe weather warning and they kick everyone outside into the weather instead of letting people seek shelter.. this is just horrible and disgusting

My first time at this Panera location, and definitely my last.
I’m a local resident and decided to give this place a try. I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese and one coffee. Before leaving, I specifically asked the cashier if the cream cheese was inside the bag — she confidently said “Yes, it’s at the bottom.”
I got home and found there was no cream cheese at all. I literally asked before stepping out, and was misled. I called the store immediately, and all they said was, “We can refund you for the cream cheese, not the full order.”
Really? I paid over $12 for dry bagels I can’t even eat, and your staff LIED to me at the counter. No accountability, no real apology — just empty corporate responses.
This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in the area. Unprofessional, careless, and not worth another visit. Never again.
I had a very positive experience here, and I only spent five minutes in the restaurant to pick up food. I placed the order in the parking lot of a store at Great Northern Mall, and it was ready within minutes when I arrived. The young woman at the front was very helpful and friendly, and provided service with a smile. Finally, my creamy tomato soup had croutons. I probably have not had a Panera include the croutons with the soup on the last 5 years. A very positive experience today.

This location is very bad with allergies. I ordered a Caesar salad on the app and selected the prompts indicating that I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. I know that they cannot guarantee anything but selecting my allergy that means they should change their gloves and use extra precaution when making the order. After I picked up my order and ate half the salad, I noticed that there were almonds sprinkled throughout my salad, along with many different ingredients that weren't nuts yet still don't belong in a Caesar salad. I alerted the staff after all was said and done in regards to my allergic reaction and they told me they can't do anything about it because they don't guarantee the food to free from cross contamination, but that next time I put in my allergy I should request the manager make it. Totally understand they can't make any guarantees, but why have an allergy section at all on the app. It's not even a notes section it is a full section dedicated solely to allergies. Also maybe all allergy request should be sent directly to the manager then. I get mistakes happen but I am anaphylactic for nuts so that mistake could have cost me my life. The staff also was not apologetic when I informed them of the mistake, very kindly I might add. I was not trying to blame or yell or anything at all but alert them of the situation and they kept saying that they just can't guarantee anything and offered me my next meal free (a meal I will not be eating here as I no longer trust this location). Never had this problem at any other location and I eat at Panera frequently.

I love this place. It's like my go-to daily lunch spot. I spend between $8 and $13 for lunch. They must have a veteran crew here cause there fast 🏃♀️ am accurate. Lisa is very helpful. She saved me lots of $$ by joining the Panera Club.
