This is the worst Panera bread I have ever been to in my life. There was NO ONE at the front register but 5 people in line waiting to order. After finally ordering we waited over 15 minutes to get our food while the kitchen was completing an online order instead of serving the guests in the actual restaurant!! When we tried to sit down, without exaggeration of any kind, EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY. Full of crumbs and old liquid smeared across every table. Then when we got our food after the ridiculous wait, the chipotle chicken sandwiches had NO CHIPOTLE sauce on them so then we had to go ask for some on the side.I will never EVER eat or order from here again. Absolutely absurd.

The employees making the sandwiches are barking at each other and being very annoying and acting childish. Panera is more of an expensive spot and it felt like I was in a high school cafeteria.

I ordered off the panera app and my driver unfortunately forgot my 1/2 gallon on tea we ordered. I called asking about how to get a refund, but they were slow enough that hour they had someone drive my forgotten half gallon to me! As I'm sick, I really appreciated this gesture and the food is always good. Thank you again.

Dirty. Poor service…employees playing on their phones, and have their earphones in. No adult in charge. Wonder if the owner reads the reviews that keep pointing out the same issues?

Just ordered food for my family here. When he went to pick it up it was “running behind” but all the associates were behind the counter not waiting on anyone (which whatever) however, my sons flatbread felt like it was almost frozen, my sandwich was probably the worst I’ve ever had it was so sloppily smashed together with a whole half of an Avocado that was half brown. It was that bad it was literally inedible.

Service is terrible, long wait and workers lounge around and goof around. Way way way overpriced, would never come back to any Panera bread. Prefer an actual steak house or a luxury coffee shop not a great value version of a Tim Hortons.

They run out of coffee all the time. The coffee always has grounds in it. The outside lights are never on. The carpeting needs vacuuming. Garbage around the building all the time. Nobody seams to care.

It was very dirty, and the service was horrible. Floors looked as though they never cleaned them , food everywhere on the floor. Disgusting!!!

I went to order inside and waited for just about an half an hour for my food. They made online before my food and I had to watch the same chicken sandwich made and pushed out and all I had was a pick 2. Food was warm that I had to rewarm it again.

I ordered a Cesar Salad with no meat and a Broccoli and Cheddar soup. While mixing my salad I noticed I had pieces of chicken in it. Returned the salad to the counter. The young man dumped the salad in the garbage and used the same bowl to remake my salad in it. The soup was not good at all.

Was sent here from North Ridgeville because they were out of broccoli cheese soup which I was trying to get for my sick wife who can only eat soup right now and I got here at 8:47. The sign says they close at 9. They said they already put everything away and they’re not having any more food. You should probably change your closing time to 847 instead of 9 o’clock thanks for the wasted trip.

I order bagels and muffins for my office every week and multiple times I have had to call them and argue with them to deliver our missing items- most of the time being our cream cheese packs. The first time they had me take time away from my job to go pick up the items they forgot- AND STILL there were items missing when I double checked. Why am I paying for delivery just to have to do THEIR job?? Next time I'm asking for a refund on the delivery charge. The next time I was more firm and the manager was smart to send someone to deliver the missing items without an argument.Happens again today-missing two muffins and ALL of the cream cheese packs. I call and the manager went back and forth with me trying to get me to pick it up or call door dash to fix it. This was your doing YOU fix it. I shouldn't have to fix it- terrible customer service. Eventually, after going back and forth and being put on hold the young manager delivered it himself.I don't see why this should be happening so often- and why Panera will not take accountability. Incredibly bad customer care.Panera needs a better system in place to make sure everyone is getting what they ordered, and if anything is forgotten it should be on Panera to fix the problem.
