I'm door dashing and I'm currently sitting in the lobby of this location while I type this. Staff is extremely rude, orders are way behind and no explanation from anyone about why. I used to work at Pizza Hut as a GM. This is unacceptable and I feel terrible for the customer I'm trying to deliver for! I would clean house and get a new team here, or at least a manager that knows how to run a store properly!

WOW... starting off, you can't understand anyone on the phone because of their accent... and they don't seem to understand you either. It takes 45 minutes to get cold pizza that wasn't extra sauce OR well done, like specified. I'll never order from here again.

I ordered, and was charged $37 for, 3 pizzas to be delivered to the bar I was at. When the door dash driver arrived to pick them up, he reported that the restaurant was closed. The app has no where to report an issue, it said I would have to contact the store (except they were closed at the time). Next day I call the store, and the first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes. So I hung up and call right back. Surprise, someone is available to talk really quickly if they think I am placing an order... Anyways, I ask to speak to supervisor and was then placed on hold for another minute again, only to be hung up on shortly after. 3rd time I call, this time I speak to someone who tells me they can't do anything about it and I need to call when the store manager is in. What in the backwards customer service is this? My card was charged, even though they were closed, and NOBODY is the least bit interested in returning my money since you did not deliver any pizzas! Terrible customer experience. Mistakes happen, ok, that would be fine and I would've accepted it if they would just own up and return my money! I even get that the people in the store probably don't care about my issue, that's fine too. I worked in that type of business, I get it. But I would expect at least to be put in touch with the people who should care, like Pizza Hut corporate, and be able to fix this problem at the very least. As it stands from my perspective, Pizza Hut took my money, didn't deliver any product, and won't give me my money back.

The food was good. I ordered online and when i went to pick it up the employees were to busy complaing about each other to the manager to help me. I stood there for 10 mins while it said my pizza was ready till anyone came over. She took my money amd yelled to other girl that i was there then walked back over to the manager to complain more instead of just getting our pizza. So a 20 min wait for a online order that was done they were just being immature and petty and couldn't just do thier job. Unprofessional. I ve actually managed this place years ago and i cant believe thier was a manager there letting that go on

ELIZABETH WAS RUDE TOOK FOREVER TO ACKNOWLEDGE I WAS WAITING TO BE HELPED! I STOPPED HERE TO ORDER A {PERSONAL PAN} AT 6pm BUT WAS TOLD I CANT PLACE A ORDER BECAUSE SHES BACKED UP BUT SCREEN HAD 1 PERSON ON THERE AND NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE. I ASKED CAN I ORDER ONLINE SHE SAID WILL TAKE A HOUR SO I LOOK AT THE WAIT ONLINE IT SAYS 20 MINUTES! SINCE SHE WAS SO RUDE AND LIED I SPENT MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!

This location is a joke! 4 orders in a row with errors.. Call the store, put on hold indefinitely. So many problems each time and no one to talk with. Take my money and basically we're worthless.. Will NEVER order from here again! Even the call center is ignoring us :(

My pizza delivery was inedible because the dough was undercooked, and after getting the call center 3 times I finally spoke with Elizabeth, the RGM, at the actual store. Elizabeth was so kind and apologetic and got the order remade right away and added a 2 liter for the trouble. I really appreciate the effort she went through to make it right. Thank you for the excellent service!
