Their chicken fingers always taste the same and good. It is amazing how they are always HOT. Never have to worry about cold food

This Canes always has their breading sliding off of the chicken. The bathroom situation is confusing/ illegal? They have the mens bathroom as “out of order” and the womens room as “gender neutral”. What a terrible confusing concept for patrons. Newsflash, no parent wants to send their child into a bathroom with the opposite gender.

Drive through guy didn't say thank you and I called and talked to the manager and he argued with me about it. Place is terrible at customer service.

Been to this place a few times never had an issue. Today I went and one of my tenders was very hard and inedible. It looked like this in the inside. The rest of them were fine but this one was not okay.

Honestly wasn't good tenders were weirdly large and somewhat undercooked and the breading also was soggy.

The North Olmsted location is always a good vibe! Speedy workers who are kind and seem to enjoy their job!! Shout out to this group! You guys are always smiling and carrying on! I love it!

The guy at the front said his name was Juan Travis which I'm sure was a fake name , was so extremely rude when I called out his error in placing the order , he tried to start an altercation with me I did not feel safe there was no women in the store at all , I canceled the order I will never ever attend this establishment with my own money or to pick up an order for anyone else.
