Service is fast…………Overall good value for the money
Used to come here after work simple an easy grab for my son when I didn’t feel like cooking. Waited twenty mins at curb side, after going through the drive through(was told to do so) Called the store and they forgot about my food. Never again.
I'm going to get fat and it's because of this place...well done :)
I have been having dinner here for years, NEVER ONCE have I been disappointed. Just today I was greeted wholeheartedly, welcomed in to the store, and I felt at home. HUGE shoutout to Josh for his service today, there are closer canes to me but I will always come here.

Foods fresh and hot always, and the customer service is great, they just get orders wrong like 20% of the time
All they have is chicken 🐔 fingers 👉 chicken fingers sandwich. Nothing else. Up side, the chicken fingers are real chicken. Chick-fil-A crushes this place. Big disappointment.
Their chicken fingers always taste the same and good. It is amazing how they are always HOT. Never have to worry about cold food

This Canes always has their breading sliding off of the chicken. The bathroom situation is confusing/ illegal? They have the mens bathroom as “out of order” and the womens room as “gender neutral”. What a terrible confusing concept for patrons. Newsflash, no parent wants to send their child into a bathroom with the opposite gender.

Drive through guy didn't say thank you and I called and talked to the manager and he argued with me about it. Place is terrible at customer service.

North Olmsted canes never fails to deliver the best in food and customer service. Other canes always lack on something but the one in north Olmsted is always 100000%
