Clean but outdated decor. Coconut shrimp was too brown. Clam chowder was disappointing. Waitress was AWESOME—friendly and attentive.

It's been over 10 years since my last visit to Red Lobster and my wife and I decided to give them 1 more chance (10 years later). Let me just start off by saying the customer service was really good. Now, everything else at Red Lobster was horrible. The coleslaw tasted like it was 2 months expired, glasses for the drinks were dirty, steak was bland, snow crab legs were bland, ceaser salad tasted like it was mixed with mayonnaise, and the bathrooms were dirty.
Im going to miss Red Lobster because of nostalgic reasons; however just like many other businesses from my childhood that have shut their doors, this one will be too.
The least you can do is either higher better cooks, use better ingredients, or simply use ingredients (because the food was bland). After 10 years of not eating at Red Lobster, I won't be eating it in the future. Love you Red Lobster you were a big part of my childhood. It's unfortunate that after 10 years the only thing that changed was for the worse and not the better.

To my surprise w e were given water in glasses that were dirty - one smeared with food particles and the other with food particles flooding in the water.
I don't know if the dish washing machine was broken or what had happened, but it was disgusting. Needless to say, we got up and left. If the glasses were that dirty, I didn't want to imagine the rest.
And the Red Lobster chain is one of favorite restaurants.

Lobsterfest is back and it was pretty good. The wife got surf and turf and the steak was generally okay but the lobster and the desert were very good.
Parking: There's not a lot of back out space so if you have a larger vehicle park further out
Wheelchair accessibility: The front doors a little stuck and hard to open

I was here this afternoon to receive an order as a delivery, and the girl at the bar behaved very badly. very arrogant in speaking, when I only asked her about the name of the order. I showed the problem to the other staff and they were the ones who were correct. Meanwhile, the girl in the bar kept shouting to herself. I hope the manager takes action against that worker. Meanwhile, I reported it in my work "Dordesh" as problematic.

Took my fiance there for his birthday and it was absolutely horrible! He ordered scampi's and they brought him out these six little shrimps and I asked what are these she replied scampis and I said this little, steak was unseasoned and tough to chew. The burger was unseasoned and I asked for well done which I think they meant burnt! They brought us old biscuits but we asked for more and they were fresh! Everything was UNSEASONED and my drink was watered down, they need to learn how to tenderize a steak! It was a total flop, as we were leaving he said we could have went to Applebee's and got better food and spent way less money.

I don't understand why I should make a reservation because when I arrived 5 min before my reservation time I was told I had to wait till everyone who arrived before me was seated. He also said my reservation only guaranteed a seat. Here I thought it was so I wouldn't have to wait. Silly me. They also forgot to put my appetizer in. The staff seamed unprepared for a rush. The one positive was the menu has improved.
Ordered food for pickup. The central phone department (David) had no idea what was included with certain meals. I asked three times if lobster was included, was told three times it was. When I asked David to confirm order he read completely different items. Very frustrating.
Jonathan at the north Olmsted location in the take out area was awesome! Very kind, patient helpful trying to straighten things out.
Melissa at north Olmsted was completely and unnecessarily rude. Wow! What an attitude. She really should consider a different line of work.
Terry , the kitchen manager at north Olmsted was very professional, calling to clarify the order, it was very important to her that we received the order we placed and that everything was clear and accurate. Good job 👏🏻

Since we never had a server come to us and no one was available to wave to, we left after 10 minutes or so of being sat. I typically wouldn’t leave a review but wanted management aware since this is the very reason we typically avoid this Red Lobster location.

The lobster was not cooked right, I had to scrape it out of the shell. It was tough, had no taste. Four of the mussels were closed and were still put in my plate. I will never come back here. For the money I'm paying for this and for what I got. Never ever again.
