Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Only one server on the floor so I left. I wasn't going to get horrible service because a) they can't get adequate staff or b) they don't want to pay them. This is why people have a hard time tipping. We as the consumer shouldn't have to pay high prices for slow service!!

Nightmarishly slow. Our server was swamped, admittedly, but it was infuriating to see the loud customers keep knocking her off kilter and making it so our needs got forgotten every time.

It was like watching ChatGPT with a token limit of 5 make mistake after mistake. Some dude finally got involved and started helping after nearly an hour of this crap, but it's pretty damn obvious this chain is going under if they can't afford $3 an hour for another server on Friday night.

I half expect it's part of the plan. You don't have to give a second plate of fries or glass of iced tea if the customer isn't willing to wait 20 minutes to get it.

The food itself was mediocre. My burger was four bites with a fork, no bun.

Red Robin absolutely nailed it on hospitality. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—big smiles, friendly hellos, and that kind of kindness that sets the tone for the whole meal. It wasn’t forced or “scripted” either; it felt like they actually cared that we were there. Service stayed warm and attentive throughout, and that overwhelming friendliness is what really stood out and made the visit memorable.

Food was okay, not worth the price in my opinion. Service was sub par, we had small children with us and they sat open drinks and plates they specifically warned us were very hot directly within their reach each time they brought something.

I really enjoy Red Robin, I just really wish this location would stop forgetting the sauces when ordering take out. All I want is to eat my burger and fries with camp fire sauce. And sadly, every time it’s forgotten. We live 40 minutes away and this is the closest one. It’s the worst.

Had lunch with my brother over the weekend after Thanksgiving and the food was great and the service was exceptional.

I ordered an impossible burger with a salad as my bottomless side. The burger was okay and the salad was pretty good. Definitely not worth the high price. I also was never asked by the waitress if I'd like another salad but my boyfriend was asked if he'd like a refill on his fries multiple times.

Nov 2025 - We have eaten here several times in the last year and the food has been excellent albeit not fancy. Their specialty is burgers of which they have many varieties. We are particularly fond of the Barbecue and the Banzai burgers.

Terrible smell as you walk in and the lobby area. The rest of the restaurant was very dirty/sticky not maintained, made me want to turn around and leave but the rest of my party wanted to stay. Had a problem with one of the entrees. The kitchen manager took care of it right away. Food did come out quickly. Burgers and fries were good. Other entrees not so much. Burgers were expensive. The eyes really need to clean this place up.
