Usually I travel and go different places and this robeks was closest to me. Best choice I've ever made truly. The smoothies here are amazing and the young man who works there, I think he told me his name was Keith his customer service skills was amazing. I felt welcomed and i got my smoothie pretty fast if i ever come in this area again I'll definitely be stopping by thanks again Robeks for the amazing service you guys provided!

We went here and we waited over twenty minutes for our smoothies even though only one person was ahead of us. Seemed they’re prioritized online orders before ours but even so, 20 minutes for some smoothies is a little ridiculous. The girls working seemed clueless, constantly asking where things were and seeming lost. The service was mediocre at best. At least stuff still tastes good though

I ordered an açaí bowl and paid for it and then they realized they were out. They attempted to give me a refund but they didn’t know how and there was no manger in the location. I waited for 35 minutes to see if they could figure it out, and they didn’t not. They gave me their manager’s business card and told me to get in contact with her. It wasn’t their fault but their lack of training. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Slowest service I’ve encountered in my life, with all due respect. It doesn’t take 40mins to serve four customers who wanted smoothies. Came in at 4.20 exactly, it’s already 5.05 I’m still waiting to get my order. ( was better off making my ginger shot at home at this point, this is frustrating. Supposedly this kind of business is built on efficiency and the ability to meet people needs on the go.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I wasted over an hour of my only day off waiting for 3 açaí bowls two of which were identical just to be handed a melted, soupy mess that was completely inedible. The only reason I stomached eating it was so I don’t wait until CLOSING TIME to get my damn bowls (which by the way I wouldn’t have been shocked by). The bananas were brown and mushy (I’m surprised if I don’t get food poisoning), the peanut butter tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer, and the bowls were basically ruined by the time they finally handed them over.
The worker making them had her hair down, was busy chatting with coworkers, and clearly didn’t have a sense of urgency. It’s pretty much COMMON SENSE that if you don’t get the bowls out in time it becomes a soupy shitty mess. It shouldn’t under any circumstance take an hour to blend fruit and pour it into a bowl unless they were drowning with customers… which they weren’t.
I paid over $30 for garbage I couldn’t even eat, and I’m not just going to let that go. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank if I don’t get refunded. I drove over 20 minutes to this location because it used to be worth it, but after today, never again. I better not get an automated response because I’ve already contacted them online. I need a human being to get back to me on this.
Pretty expensive soupy mess of an acai bowl with a huge glob of frozen peanut butter at the bottom. It took almost 40 minutes to actually get our bowls and they were completely melted. The manager was nice and offered everyone coupons but I don't plan on coming back. Pretty disappointing

Shame.
I showed up at 8:15 on a Wednesday and they were closed. I ordered through the app, had no idea. Ended up out a smoothie. They called me an hour later asking if I got my smoothie and after telling them no I left due to it being closed, they said ok and that’s it.

I came here for the first time in forever and seen you guys finally had new stuff to offer and was genuinely excited but all of the staff made it super super uncomfortable and that blonde with the pig tail braids kept rolling her eyes at me as if I caused her an inconvenience and there was nobody else in line or in the store. I just wanted to look.. What was the issue? You had to do your job and work? She has been complained about all through these reviews- time to get rid of her if you ask me. She’s rude and makes ppl feel unwanted in the store. I brought my best friend from out of state that never had robeks before and he said “and you hyped that up for what? That was uncomfortable” and he chuckled. That’s embarrassing. Do better.

At North Olmsted location, Assistant Manager Megan, is condescending to her staff and needs training on how to manage customer services issues and complaints. I’ve seen her micro-managing attitude toward the other employees during previous visits, and just felt badly for the team. She loses her cool if you discuss an issue with your order, refuses to correct the issue, then just stands there in silence staring at you. When you ask her to fix the problem, she doesn’t respond to you, but starts stacking plastic lids on the counter. If you wait long enough for an answer, she will eventually bark at you, “NOW this will come out of OUR money” as she turns away, yells at the staff to remake it, and stomps back behind the food counter. The one staff member looks afraid of upsetting Megan, and the other young staff member with chin length blonde hair slams your “corrected” drink on the counter before she storms off to the back—obviously having learned much from Megan.
