The staff really went out of their way to make our event very special (milestone birthday) food was very delicious and service outstanding. Zarna the manager, listened to what we wanted and made arrangements per our requests. Truly special event , will be remembered for a long time. Will definitely go back to Saffron Patch West for other events.

Amazing experience. Came for my birthday and the food was fresh and delicious and the staff was so awesome and happy to be there. I even got really good desserts. I usually just get take out but now I want to come back as a guest every time.

We had such a great meal here! The service was speedy and every staff member made us feel welcome the second we walked in. The menu has tons of options, so whether you’re a longtime Indian food fan or just dipping your toes in for the first time, there’s something for everyone.
The spice level was perfect for folks who prefer milder flavors (like my fellow white people who can’t always handle the heat 😄), but they also offer extra spice on the side so you can crank it up as much as you want. Best of both worlds!
Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and we left happy and full. Definitely coming back!

This place truly cares about quality and customer service. Ordered dahi puri and malai kofta. Dahi puri was great but they don’t use tradition puri. Just heads up on that for the street food lovers. Then came the malai kofta - it was just okay. It was watered down and they noticed that I’m not happy. After couple bites, the chef came to ask how it was and I provided my candid feedback. She immediately took it back and made a new dish. I was just going to eat it as it was late but she insisted to remake it. She replaced it with a new dish after asking me my taste buds. Omg - that paneer dish was amazing. I will come back again for sure.

My girlfriend and I frequent this wonderful establishment. I am NEVER disappointed in the food or the service. We went there today and they recognized us with always friendly smiles. The menu is extensive and authentic and the quality ingredients taste fresh. The service is great and many of the employees have been there for years now. I will go back. I look forward to going back. I def recommend this place for great Indian food.
