I placed and online order here for pick up when I arrived they had stated they didn’t have my order. I then showed the cashier and manager proof of order and then they proceeded to check the completed orders and it was in there they had already given out my food to someone else. I didn’t react rude unlike the coworkers there she slammed the order on the counter like I gave my own food away. Then after waiting another 20 minutes to get my food the worker rudely gave me the food. Then when I had got home to finally eat my food my order was wrong I paid for chicken and shrimp plus extra chicken I didn’t get my shrimp. I had called up in a calm manner stating the mishap and can you believe the manager hung up on me after all this? Then I tried to call back once more and they answered it and hung up the phone on me. All I was seeking was a refund/ voucher for my food I paid for but MANAGEMENT CLEARLY NEEDS TO BE BETTER and it’s like the workers I had the horrible pleasure of speaking with today to don’t know the concept of customer service

I love this place!! I just received a order from Uber eats. Let me tell you. It's an up charge for Xtra meat---guess what I paid for extra meat and every one of my meals didn't get extra meat. Disappointing to be honest. I guess you have to be in person watching them make your food to not get ripped off. They also didn't send my yum yum sauce.

Honestly been a sarku customer for a very long time, but this specific organization is just very cheap and frustrating to deal with. They don’t accommodate to any requests and they recently started charging extra for another scoop of sauce when every other sarku doesn’t do that. Very cheap and rude employees, I stopped going to sarku because of the bad service

Very disappointed 😔 the whole dish had a burnt taste to it. The veggies were minimal. The broccoli was stems only. The teriyaki sauce was good. I ate 3-4 bites before tossing the entire meal in the garbage ☹️

I got the sushi for my daughter which she absolutely loved. I got teriyaki chicken and fried rice which was pretty good. Restaurant was pretty clean, staff were friendly enough. Little bit longer of a wait then I would have liked but still overall a good experience and I would definitely go back again!

It's best to go in and pick up yourself. If you use delivery service alot of things like sauce or drinks will be missing

To be fair I was at the newest Brooklyn location in Ridgepark square. Don’t know if this is a legitimate Sarku because there is nothing about it online and couldn’t find that locations review area. It was their grand opening right before the big Ohio State Michigan game and I couldn’t wait to eat there. The place was busy but as I stood in line I noticed nobody had food and there were a lot of ticked off faces. After a long wait I finally made it to the front of the line. I was told they had no rice prepared and it would be a 20 minute wait. I looked around to confirm this was Sarku. Crazy how grand opening at 11:15 in the morning they could be out of rice. Be careful when going to this new location, they are unorganized and should end up another empty building in Ridgepark square.

I'm a long time fan of Sarku Japan, However lately this place is very skimpy on the portions and even after asking for extra sauce 3x they put very Lil sauce. It's really disappointing to get all the way home and trust the word of the employees just to learn they didn't add the extra sauce or even put dbl meat.

We enjoy this place workers are all nice and the food is fabulous worth every penny great job everyone of the workers it takes a team?

Vegetarian options: I believe vegetarians can eat there I seen veggies on the menu and I ordered a side of veggies very yummy♥️

Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap parking as well?

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room enough tables and chairs for dine in seen kids there eating with no problem great place ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to move a wheelchair around and eat great job for the elderly r disabled

The last few times I ate here the chicken was cold and overcooked. I can easily see why the chicken was cold. They Cook too much chicken ahead of time so they can fill the orders faster. This leads to cooked chicken sitting and getting cold. I don’t mind waiting a few more minutes for hot food. Also, I noticed portions are getting smaller. I will probably get my chicken teriyaki at the place in the mall because they cook to order And give you good portions.

Horrible service, they messed up my order then told me they couldn’t replace or give me a refund, I had to go through customer service. If I can give them no stars I would. These people only care about money they don’t care about customers!
