These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves on how they conduct business. Going here for 6+ yrs and being charged half price for my drink was absolutely lovely. Why they did this for so long I have no idea but recently they gave me issues about pricinf and when I asked. They played the victim card. This is absolutely wild and I was treated with such disrespect after continuously supporting these ppl here day in and day out 24/7 as much as I could. I have given gift cards and tips over the years to multiple employees. There are a few really really good ones here and a lot of us were on first name basis. Talked about life and family stuff. They have changed a ton and the way they talk about customers when tbey leave is just baffling. Beyond me. This is just insanity. I have heard some really nasty things.
Not to mention, the dating game some of them play as well. When I am getting my coffee ai do not want to hear about your physical issues and fights outside of work with your sig other. Pretty trashy if you ask me.
This location is always OUT OF SOMETHING DUE TO TEAM LEADERSHIP, MACHINES DOWN MORE SO THAN THEY SHOULD BE. GNATS FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE. COFFEE SMELLING LIKE MILDEW BC THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO CLEAN. (NOT ALL BUT MOST)
BIG THINGS AND CHANGES NEED TO HAPPEN HERE AND ASAP BECAUSE WHAT A TRAVESTY OF A LOCATION.

Went in today and there were two lovely ladies working the afternoon shift. Some man came in and heckled them going on about "kids these days" demeaning both employees. Both ladies were amazing in not letting this crotchety man's belittling words bother them and quickly ensured drinks were served to get him out of there. I did not catch the employees names but they did amazing :)

This is not a Starbucks. It is a kiosk inside Target. You should identify that it is not a Starbucks shop

The Cashier was a guy named Mo honestly the best cashier I have ever had in my entire life. Really great guy made me smile and made my life 10/10 times better he also has a sister she also had good customer service but not as good as my guy Mo made my entire career and cured my cancer.

Thee absolute best Bux in the world. Ive been coast to coast and noone makes you feel more welcomed! The way they interact with guests is top tier. They make their drinks with so much love! They are always cleanly. Very friendly. Always smiling, at least when I come in lol. Maybe I'm decent looking. Idk. Either way I wouldn't go to any other location unless some drastic changes happen. To be honest, a day I don't make it in, is a bad day in my book. Keep rockn y'all! So much ?????
Ashleigh was the associate that day. Very rude, horrible customer service skills and just down right nasty! It’s clear she’s unhappy there and makes customers like myself unhappy as a result. Management should definitely look into letting her go.
This is the best store! David, Chrissy and Brianna are amazing! I will make sure to stop at this one every time.

Currently here waiting for my mobile order I placed 10 mins before getting here...long line for the DT that’s not moving so decided to go into store to pick up...still waiting as I watch one girl working the DT, one making drinks, and TWO cleaning and refilling containers of dried fruit...no sense of hurry whatsoever...had I known it would have been like this I would have gone to Westgate. The past few times I’ve been here it’s been such slow service
This is best Starbucks ever. I don't know who this lady is, but she's the nicest barista I've ever met.
