Went through the drive thru in the am , ordered a iced pumpkin chai, man who took order gave me a hot chai, had to wait for a remake, annoying when i’m trying to get to work. also the man said “good girl” to me during the interaction which made me extremely uncomfortable, should not be saying that to customers.

Morning in the drive through so already it sucks when your order is messed up because you don’t have time to go back in and get it fixed. But I got my coffees in the drive through and noticed mine didn’t have the cold foam on top which 1. I paid $2 extra just for cold foam and that’s not cheap 2. If I order my drink a certain way then I want it how I ordered it obviously. When got my coffee and informed them I didn’t see cold foam on top, they asked the person who made it and that person said yes there is. Then the drive through worker said yes there is. Anyway- there isn’t. So I understand it’s busy in the morning and people are in a rush but if I even was able to correct it right away you can do something about it. So now it’s a waste of money.

I come out to North Olmsted and this location in particular when I visit my mom. I have to say I always have an incredible experience and you are so lucky to have John running your drive through as he is absolutely amazing and always starts my day off right. He is an asset to Starbucks and I will continue to come to this location because of the positive experiences I have had here
This is hands down the best Starbucks around! John at the drive-thru is always so friendly and funny—he truly brightens up my mornings. I don’t usually review chains. The food and service tend to be pretty standard. That’s kind of the deal with chain places. You know what you’re getting. And honestly, that works for me. I’m a creature of habit, especially when I travel, and I usually stick to places I know. That’s why I’ve been ordering the same iced tea from Starbucks for the past 15 years. A Trenta unsweetened black tea. It’s simple, refreshing, and consistently good.
Now, is it overpriced? Yeah. Nearly five bucks for iced tea feels a little ridiculous, and it’s definitely more of a luxury these days than it used to be. I don’t grab one every day like I did years ago, but once a week, I treat myself. And when I do, it’s almost always at this Starbucks near my house.
This location stands out. It’s busy, but I never wait. I order through the app, and by the time I walk in, my drink is ready. No fuss. No delay. But what really makes this place worth mentioning is the staff. They’re consistently friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. No matter how I’m feeling, they somehow manage to lift my mood a little. That kind of energy is rare, especially first thing in the morning.
So yes, the prices are steep. But the service at this location makes it feel like more than just a stop for caffeine. It’s a small bright spot in my week, and for anyone who enjoys iced tea, I’d definitely recommend trying the Trenta unsweetened black.

I was in the drive thru. The drive thru attendant had the best personality and disposition. I was undecided about what I wanted and she made some great suggestions for me to choose from. I live in Lakewood and always go to the North Olmsted Starbucks just because of the friendly service.
