Ordered two drinks through the drive-thru- a grande non-fat mocha with whipped cream and a grande non-fat vanilla latte. The vanilla latte was 3/4 foam. (About a year and a half ago, I was informed by an employee that it's how Starbucks makes lattes. I would have to order "low foam" from now on.) I've never had an issue with any other location. I did try calling several times but no one picked up the phone. *My mom ordered my drink and dropped it off at home, so I was unable to get back to Starbucks.

The drinks are made inconsistently. Sometimes I have a perfectly sweet drink and sometimes I have a nasty, bitter drink. I should be getting what I am paying for.

Bad Experience, ?I paid for a Venti size drink and received a regular size of the contents, I complained about it and the lady told me that for not asking for ice, bad service, they have always given me the right measure with or without ice.
