They fill your cup with ice to practically the top of the cup. It's a complete waste of money. Other starbucks i go to dont put as much ice in as this location does. Id say drive to the giant eagle Starbucks across the street or go to a different location. Also I suggest not tipping until after you get your drink in hand to see what it looks like and taste likes. Why tip on a service first before you even get the service lol

was heading to this location to get my daily white girl drink, but now will never be returning to this location ever again. very rude staff, not a they/them in sight so i knew my drink was bound to be terrible, and i was proven correct. there was a cockroach in my drink. venti brown sugar shaken espresso, i opened my coffee and the insect was floating lifelessly on top. horrible cleanliness practices. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. they make you buy their disgusting coffee just to urinate or dedicate in their restrooms. horrible company in general they hate poor people since they also charge for water. my aunt got herpes here. shop at seven brew from now on, guys. please.
Just came to grab a pike with cream and I was informed the coffee machines are closedfor the evening. It was 8:20pm, but you close at 9pm. They offered me an Americano instead, I agreed. They had the nerve to charge me the extra amount for that. Not what I wanted in the first place, but if you are offering that in place of my coffee you shouldn't charge me the extra amount. Poor service service and if you don't serve coffee until 9pm then maybe you should just close.

Everyone is nice here and its a good location, but the ice coffee and cold brew always have a weird aftertaste like they use the same containers for some of the pineapple or fruit drinks. I'm not sure what it is but it's off from every other location.
