food was overcooked.
steaks ordered MR came out well or medium well
chicken was dry and overcooked. service was inattentive and slow. manager acted like we were an inconvenience. save your money and go elsewhere.
I joined the waiting list. I did it before I left the house. Took my son and we had to wait but it was within the time the app said to expect. El was terrific. food was fantastic. Had a Jamaican cowboy drink and it was great. I hope they keep up the great work♡
Worst experience ever from a Texas Roadhouse I will be returning back to Willoughby Road House. The person who Identifies as the Market Partner Chad is the most unprofessional person I have ever met to speak down to someone, you work for a restaurant chain chill you ain’t nothing special. Terrible Terrible
Had to send food back multiple times after sending it back twice the manager stated to just settle with it because he’s not cooking another one.
