When I bit into my food, I had plastic in it! When I called them, the manager Jay was nonchalant about the whole situation. Will not be going here again.

This place is the best smoothie place around. It beats westlakes tropical smoothie by far in taste as well as Avon tropical smoothie. Lorain tropical smoothie is closer to comparison but still hands down this is the place you want to go to for the best made smoothie . I am not a health nut but I come here almost everyday to get a paradise point smoothie. They know my order. The owners are always very kind with me and everyone has even remembered my name. I have even showed up at closing time on a few occasions and they still took care of me. They go above and beyond for their customers. I love the people here . Always smiling. Half the reason I come here is to get away from the gloom that surrounds my life at the moment. This place is like a little slice of home away from home. Very clean also and they have nice modern tables with seating and a high table with seats that wraps around the ingredients as if to make a bar like setting for smoothies ! Also a very good place for business work or schoolwork to be done , never too loud unless the blenders are going but I can drown that out easily. If you want something healthy and you hate the taste of healthy stuff , come here. This is my daily vitamins and hydration in the morning . Also can have whey protein added and pea protein if your tryna get your weight up. Plus if you get food they make the smoothie 4.99 which is half off and food is like 8$ so either 8 or 9 for a smoothie or 12-13$ for a full meal and smoothie. For 3-4 bucks more can’t beat it. Along with the manager/owners being so awesome , please support this place if you enjoy local people with good food that and smoothies that just so happen to be healthy !

I was watching them make my smoothie and the entire blender was filled with ice and I didn’t see any fresh fruit going into it. It’s more like a slushy than a smoothie

How is it you charge for a cup of water to a pregnant woman and we had ordered two sandwich wraps and a smoothie? The girl charged for a small 6 oz plastic cup of water with no lid. Food was just ok but servic not so great.

Make sure you tap the reward for a free smoothie on your app before scanning for rewards or you won't get the free smoothie. You would think by scanning your rewards app that would be enough or they would ask if you had the coupon....nope.
Come in here enough and order you would think they would remind you.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie. The girl working there, I think her name was Ashwra, was so kind and welcoming, just like the cashier. She recommended the Bahama Mama, and I promised I’d post if it was a good choice. It really was! The strawberry and pineapple made it super refreshing, and the white chocolate with coconut added a rich taste!🫶🏻

Staff is very friendly and prices were surprisingly good as well. My son and I loved our smoothies and I look forward to trying the food there next time. The food sounds and looks delicious and they have deals for a combo with a smoothie. Smoothie King is typically our go-to, so this was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I'm happy that we did.

I finally tried a smoothie from tropical smoothie cafe after thinking about it forever and it's so much better than I imagined.

Jay and the entire crew are amazing. Fresh food, fresh fruit, and very clean/professional. Many, many smoothie and food options. Highly recommended.

I recently visited the store for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I tried the Açaí bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for enjoying my meal. I’d definitely recommend stopping by in the summer for some healthy meal options.
