Excellent staff and delicious product. Chose not to leave a tip since I wasn't waited on. Message on the screen popped up "bad tip" Won't ever go there again.

Great place for a wide variety of smoothie blends. They have some pretty good food too. All a little pricey, but not too bad.

My only complaint (and the reason they lose 1 star) actually relates to the corporate management, not the local help: TSC requires customers to download an app to their cell phone to participate in loyalty rewards. I don't own a cell phone, but carry a company phone that I am forbidden to load unapproved apps and software on. TSC really needs to allow people to sign up by email. It is for this reason alone that TSC is not my #1 go-to place for smoothies.

i’m fully on board with this place but the food is really bland, like please add some seasoning to the chicken. and like what the other reviews said, the smoothies aren’t smoothies but they’re indeed slushy like .

Very clean establishment! I've been a huge fan of a different drink place in the past, but since Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened I no longer go. This is definitely the place to go! I highly recommend any of the drinks.

First time I ever had tried Tropical Smoothie and have to say really enjoyed the smoothie and the food. Their Sante Fe Quesadilla without the chicken as just a veggie quesadilla was absolutely delicious and the hummus veggie wrap was also very good. This will definitely be my go to’s for the vegetarian options. I was recommended Açaí berry boost smoothie and it felt like I was drinking a homemade fresh fruit smoothie for sure. To finish off the snickerdoodle cookie sealed the deal. This experience was worth it especially now I have a go to place whenever my wife and I take the kids to Chucke E Cheese in North Olmsted.
