Not sure how the one guy can say too expensive for a VFW. How much cheaper can you get? Beers (canned & bottled) are only $1.50 or 1.75 depending on your preference. Not sure price of drafts. Every other bar out there is $2 more per drink. Good food, conversation and great service. Most meals (full plate) are $7-$8 tops but I've never had a bad meal there in the 10 years.
