This might honestly be the worst Wendy’s in the US. Extremely long waits for food (once I was in an empty line for 15+ minutes). Food is somehow still cold after waiting that long. Some of the staff are rude as well. Some are okay. It’s really a bad time and a waste of it as well.

I normally go there for lunch but today stood out to me, the girl who took my order I believe her name was Patience, her customer service was amazing and she was very friendly with the limited interaction we had.

I ordered my sandwich and they gave me a raw chicken patty. Totally uncooked. They also forgot my sauces and didn’t seem to care too much when I went in to tell them about the raw food. Just a weak sorry. When I received the cooked sandwich back, to top it off, It was the wrong kind.

The food was fine but the attitude was awful. I walked in to an almost dead restaurant and stood at the register where two employees were talking about their labor costs being high, so one got sent home. Then they walked away from me, never acknowledging me. When I asked for service, another employee came over and seemed irritated that I was even ordering. She got my food and a few more people came in, standing quietly in line. The employee said "I don't know why they're staring at me. Can't they see I'm doing something? Besides they're probably all using coupons anyway." Absolutely disgusting attitude. Shame on you. She wasn't wearing a name tag but it was an older lady with long gray hair.

Took almost 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru. To top it off they didn't even start making my order until I got up to the window. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time. Management needs to address this.

This place has the worst customer service, worst employees, there service time between giving your order, paying and getting your food is 30 min and that was being the only car in the drive thru. The food was disgusting and cold and I counted 8 employees there and not stayed viable they were all in the back.
