this location is horrible The drive through takes for ever andwhen u get to the speaker the employees do listen to u what u want. beause I said number 3 and they got number 2 how the hell do u mess that up. they always mess up my food and when I tell them they mess up they just reread the what's on the computer and said thats what's on the order. Then the lady told me can keep the food that I already payed for then she left and came back and asked for my bage they took food out and hen gave the correct food . I called the store to talk to manger and the manager sounded like they hate their job.

Went here for breakfast yesterday, and the lady taking my order gave me an attitude as soon as I pulled up. Then, as I was ordering, she was sighing the whole time I was ordering. Ended up canceling my order and leaving!

Honestly the worst service I have ever gotten how can you mess up someone’s order twice in a row I get it happening once but it happens twice because your managers don’t seem to know how to read. I’m allergic to mayo btw and made that clear while asking.Rin if you’re reading this please learn to read a ticket.

The cashier Kaera cashed out our check despite not having the order ready, and they actually couldn't fulfill part of the order, so we couldn't get a refund. Why would they train cashiers to cash out orders that can't be fulfilled? It's absolutely insane and left a very sour taste in our mouths!

This might honestly be the worst Wendy’s in the US. Extremely long waits for food (once I was in an empty line for 15+ minutes). Food is somehow still cold after waiting that long. Some of the staff are rude as well. Some are okay. It’s really a bad time and a waste of it as well.
