Went here for the first time & waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes because I couldn't get back out of line. Excuse was a $100 order came in. That swould not of affected the drive thru that badly. I will not go here again.

Got 4 Biggie Bags and ate inside. The woman who took our order was very friendly and personable. Food was hot and plentiful. It was decorated cute for Christmas. Everything looked clean. Absolutely no complaints.

This store was dirty. I looked at 6 tables and every one of them needed to be wiped off. The floor was dirty, too. It looked like no one bothered to come from the kitchen area to take care of the customer area, perhaps for hours. The burgers looked and tasted old.

Avoid this Wendy in North Olmsted, the customer service is terrible I would expect to be treated poorly in Cleveland but not north Olmsted. Walked in and went to the counter to place an order young lady working the front didn’t even bothered to acknowledge me just ignored me. Had 2 other staff workers walk right past me didn’t mention anything about the long wait or attempt to take my order after waiting for 10 minutes
Came today with my family and the manager is awesome. Shemade our family have a great dining experience and despite being busy they worked hard and got food out quickly.
