Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.
The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
First time ordering from WingStop. Staffed seemed a little confused on my order, but the food came on time. Only one thing I can say negatively, was watching one of the cooking staff openly sneezed (not covering her mouth) in the kitchen. Typically you would not like to see that when they are making orders. Luckily our food was already bagged.
Chicken tenders were pretty good. The Hot honey is a tasty, but overwhelming hot. The fries would of tasted better if they were put in a mixing bowl (tossed), instead of dumping Cajun seasoning on top (seasoning was good, but should be spread out evenly).

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.
I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! The team did an amazing job with my order; everything was perfect. I will definitely be back for more soon, I highly recommend it! #Wings #GoodService #DeliciousFood

Would give 0 stars if possible. Genuinely the worst service any restaurant has ever given me. I understand it is fast food, but t least have the decency to not ignore me when I walk in? I was there around 11 pm on the night of September 27, 2025. I had ordered online several minutes prior. I walked in and there were a few guys working behind the counter, but when they saw me they all left and went to the back? I waited for a good 15 minutes but they just never came back out. I saw my order packaged and sitting on the shelf behind the counter, but I have manners and did not just hop over to grab it. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called out “excuse me?” loudly. No response. I did it again after 5 minutes, and one worker finally came out and gave me my order. Mind you this place closes at 1 am, it’s not like I went it 5 minutes before closing, I did not do anything that gave them a reason to treat me like this. They just saw me walk in and then hid in the back for 20 minutes. I got home and my food was disgustingly greasy, not like regular fast food level greasy, but bathing in a layer and puddle of grease because of how long it had just been sitting on the shelf. After reading the reviews (an average of 2.4 stars is crazy, never seen any restaurant so low in this area), I truly hope this place closes down soon if they do not make changes to their terrible service.

Arrived on late flight into Cleveland and needed something to eat on the way to my hotel. 15 minutes to closing and one employee was sitting at the counter on her phone and the other guy was cleaning and trying to hide in the back. Ordered some tenders and fries. Fries were ok but I was served tenders swimming in a cup of oil. Totally unacceptable, avoid this location and the lazy, uncaring, sloppy employees.
1/10 find somewhere else to eat.

dry wings, almost no sauce they taste bad i thought the first time maybe i got a bad order but this is the second time i've gotten super dry buffalo wings they aren't spicy there's maybe a spoonful of sauce per 10 wings.

I arrived at the store asking about the deals and the manager Keke does not need to be a manager she was rude in conversation , but rude in behavior however when I asked about the special she said she didn’t know what I was talking about and any specials I need to go on line. So I went on line trying to understand how to place the order and asked for assistance from the manager Keke and she said she couldn’t assist me. Mind you there were no customers in the store she might have had orders placed on line but why wouldn’t you make sure your customer was placing the order correctly instead of saying I don’t know what the deals are and of course she had to be black with this type of behavior made it worse where are the people/managers that truly care about customer service
