Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

Poor service,workers in the back smoking cigarettes,not working,took half hour to get my food after I ordered it online,it was cold and chicken was dry,just all around gross,cold and horrible service never going back again

1st time trying. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery. The wings has ZERO flavor, I got mild and garlic parm. They were also overcooked and crunchy. Horrible experience, I threw 80% away.

I online ordered my food two hours ago. i showed up and told them my name and they told me that “the order ticket just printed.” i’m still waiting for my food and there is only one cook and he is moving slower than molasses. he is also talking on his phone while cooking. the other worker is also NOT wearing gloves and is touching the food with his bare hands… that’s disgusting i don’t know where his hands have been. at this point i could’ve gone to the grocery store and fried up some chicken myself and threw some sauce on it. if i could leave zero stars i would. horrible service. 0/10 recommend.

Lady was rude when I walked in, waited over an hour for 40 wings wrong sauce, did not receive fries or corn when I paid for it worst restaurant in North Olmsted by far
Ordered wing (traditional) for the first time here. Unfortunately they jammed all 40 of the wings into 3 small containers. The wing sauce leaked through the bag and all over my car seat while driving home. Manager stated they didn’t have any big containers. Wings were ok. Seems to be poorly managed.
