Last night I ordered burger king it was late but I regretted so much i will never eat from burger king again.
So to the employee's from last night the only reason you guys do customer wrong so we don't come back i will never come back and hopefully one day you won't have a job.

Ridiculously small burgers. Junior whopper is small as mc Donald's hamburger. Service was good but it was an average burger for good burger price.

Waited for 17 minutes in drive thru lane because I got struck between two cars then was just told hold on over and over again before I pulled away. This BK is always so slow. Awful service once again. Just close if short staffed. I know people would appreciate that more than wasting their time.

Overall a disappointing visit as I find their product to be superior to their competitor across the street. Staff seemed overwhelmed, employee was friendly enough, don't know if they are under staffed or under trained, employee took payment with gloves on and returned to work, waited 10 min to get to drive through speaker, one car at a time between speaker and window, watched them wait to process the order until taking payment repeatedly, this tricks the drive through timer to show better service times. They prioritized online pickup orders over drive through line to the point that it took almost 20 minutes total to get a couple of non custom breakfast sandwiches. Drive through is supposed to be fastest service. I waited for several vists until I could confirm that this was not the norm at this location. I would not have submitted this if it was a one off.
Do you need additional leadership at this location? I may be able to help. Suggestions would be to accurately utilize the drive through timer so a proper reevaluation of staffing needs can be performed, provide refresher training on cross contamination and food safety, and reevaluate order priority.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with no service went inside just trying to get some form of attention. They told me to use the kiosk to order our food. Obviously no body wants to work at this location

Absolute worst service and liars. I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait which I was fine with but then after 15 min my daughter had to go to the bathroom so she got out and went in to go and came back out where we were still sitting. I finally went around to the window and the worker said he was talking to me. I said I couldn't hear you if u were. He kept arguing that he was talking to me and that we got out of our car and came up to the window. I said no she went to the bathroom, we stayed at the speaker and if you were talking to me did I answer? At which point he didn't answer and said he will get his manager. Ok fine. So the manager comes and was rude as well. We come for softball a lot and will not be going back to this place ever again and will also spread the word at the field to stay far away as well. This is the second time I've had issues with bad service.

This burger king is, without a doubt, 10000000000000000% THE WORST BURGER KING I've ever visited! I mean several times that I've been there, the doors have been locked and multiple people trying to get in. I'm telling ya, it's not at night either. We're talking about 1pm and the doors are locked.

When it comes to the home of the Whopper you can't go wrong. Can't tell you about the atmosphere, I ate it in my car. As always I enjoyed it very much. 😋

Terrible BK. Guy at drive thru window doesn't even want to be there. Gave wrong order after waiting forever. Last time I go to this BK. I'll drive another 20 minutes just to avoid this place.

We try to get food here after we play volleyball down the street. It’s usually between 8-10PM. Maybe it’s a shift issue, but the staff has been rude to us almost every time we have ordered with the drive through. The food takes forever and the staff has an attitude. We are always polite to restaurant workers, especially since I have worked in the industry. But tonight we actually pulled out of line because of how rudely we were talked to by an employee taking our order. I never leave negative reviews but this is consistently the worst fast food establishment in the area.
