The worst food I have ever been offered. There really is no excuse for cold food. Not just cold fries. Every single item was cold and not even room temperature—cold!My Mozerella fries were broken in several places. I did not have one that was completely intact. They were given to me in a paper sack instead of the box I normally receive them in. The bun on my whopper was dense and stiff. It wasn't hard, but definitely not soft. You could feel how cold the sandwich was from the outside of the wrapper. I notice on my receipt that their are Royal Perks that have been acquired on this order and a 909 balance. I don't have this program so who's racking up points on customers' behalf? I asked for no onions on my burger. They must have thought I wanted 5 onion rings mixed in with my fries. Its too bad the food was horrible and overpowered the pretty good service I received.

Manager was rude wouldn't even talk to us while we tried to pay for our order. She was clearly annoyed we had cash and couldn't pay kiosk with cash. Not our problem do your job. Also couldn't find a clean table to sit at had to ask for one to get wiped down more attitude. Food was not great either.

We have been here 3 times .. 1st time the woman serving us was falling asleep drugged out at 11Am .. and gave our iorder to someone else…2nd time messed up our order so bad .. just now 3rd time .. we walked in the the manager and cook where fighting ..she said “ I’m going to need a 15 minute Person & professional break .. we turned around and walked back out .. CRAZINESS..

Currently in line waiting at the drive through and have been stuck in line for over 30 minutes. There’s not a way out of the line either. I’m now late to a concert due to terrible service.
