Quick stop for the kids We went inside since they had to use the bathroom. The only way to order is from the computer screens. For someone that is not a frequent visitor I found them confusing to use. They also didn't have an option to just order a cup of ice water. As we were eating more people came into the restaurant and everyone seemed to have an issue with the computer ordering and had to get someone's attention to figure it out. Food was made quickly but was missing items. The restaurant was clean in the dining area!

no listen this place is so terrible. Don’t go here in the a.m. for actual food. They do not care bro gave me a milkshake with literally one pump of ice cream in it and called it a day and my burger was just hard and squirted with mayo like they was doing me a favor ?, then said “white people man” in a derogatory way at the window ?? all i did was question what it was it literally looked like crumbs i don't even know. He said he was on the phone like it wasn’t about me. It was just weird man don’t go here for real.

If I could leave a zero I would...came and got some food the gentlemen was standing there giving us dirty looks African American gentleman with his hands down his pants with dirty greasy gloves we watched him get out food with then came to window and shoved it out window into car without saying a word they were mad because people are getting food it's mmyour go else where if your not happy so I called he answer I asked for the the GM s name he say who this who calling I said a paying customer with concerns the chunky blonde headed lady with a long braid and nose piercing with a tan long sleeve pull over was also rude because I asked for extra ice which I believe the employee was her boyfriend she left out of site and he shoved the food rudely in my husband's face so he puts her on the phone and she's nasty and rude said GM be in for a week so she wasn't giving me her name...i asked her does she thinks it's apporate what her employee did she cussed and hung up on me ....real classy

Well I got one complete wrong sanwhich that wasn't even close to the order. And the 2 biscuit sandwiches I got were so burnt they were rock hard and inedible. I mean bang them on the table hard and they won't chip. I guess the only positive is after the 13 minute wait for all that the hash browns were fresh. Total waste of money and time. Avoid this place

I’d like to give the guy in the drive thru tonight a 10/10 A++ in all aspects. I had a mobile order and he made it fresh without having to ask (this was at 1am technically Saturday morning), had us pull up, when he came out with the food asked if we needed any condiments, he was extremely happy and upbeat. The food was made correctly. Any other time I’ve gone to other burger kings the food was greasy, this was the first time in a long time I’ve gone to a Burger King without the food having copious amounts of grease on the food. I’m not sure what his name is but hands down the best fast food service and food I’ve ever had from anywhere. Keep up the good work! It didn’t go unnoticed!

Dirty inside nobody greeted me. So I decide to use self serve and someone pops out to tell me they’re not doing breakfast 15 minutes before they said. Poor service wouldn’t recommend to anybody . Franchises are closing for a reason I guess.

Employees were not helpful at all. After saying my order the driv-thru guy mentioned that the system is down and we are currently close. Another car drives next to me to order and they placed their order with no problems. I go to the window to ask why they approved the other cars order and not mine, driv-thru person said we dont take orders when people are disrespectful and laughing and said to come back tomorrow. I mentioned that I am ordering food for me and my family and I was about to spend around $70 worth of food and sales for the store but i guess they weren’t in need for late night sales so I went across the street to MCDonalds and they definitely appreciated me as a customer. I will never be buying from this Burger King ever again Thank you and hopefully the area director of this store will take some corrective action on this!

Went through the drive through tonight. Order was taken right away. I was told to pull up to the first window to pay and then he told me "I will flag you down to the second window to pick up your food when it's ready" I pulled up to the first window and sat there. Nobody came. Waited another 6 minutes. Heard a bunch of yelling inside. Pulled up to the 2nd window and there was somebody inside but he had his head down. Sat there for a couple of min and then finally I left. What the hell is going on????
