The portion size used to be good now they raised the prices and cut the portion size in half. Spent $40 to deliver 2 burritos and the portion size was ridiculous.

Very very very dirty place , not a good place. Not a good service , food area is very dirty, the meat was all over the counter and they just threw everything on the counter and put it back on container ????I am vegetarian , I ordered it veggie bowls and I found meat when I was eating at homeHalf of the stuff are empty ,The boys doesn’t even pay attention what customer saying , they are just talking with each others .Vegetarian options: Not for pure vegetarian people

Best chipotle I’ve ever visited. The young folks here run this thing like the navy. They moved with a sense of urgency and were friendly and funny. The food was incredible. I would go out of my way to come to this

It had been over a year since I had Chipotle, I was looking forward to it. Orderd on the app and ate when I got home. Or should I say I tried to eat when I got home. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, lettuce, cheese and corn. Before I even mixed it up I took a bite and gaged on the amount of salt on it, even the lettuce tasted like it had salt. I tried again and could not even chew the rice it was so bad. The amount of salt that was on everything was overwhelming. My wife said her's was salty also, but not nearly as bad as mine.

Worst experience at a Chipotle. My family and I had our food delivered (wasn't a delivery issue) and discovered all three of the oranges we received in our kids orders were rotten (my oldest bit into one and that's how we found out). The burritos were mush, falling apart, and inedible. Whoever was working tonight clearly didn't care about food quality at all.I tried reaching out to someone in the app and received no help. So I'm out dinner and a kid is completely grossed out. Maybe check everything to make sure it's actually at Chipotle's supposed standards before giving out to customers.ETA: To the automated, unhelpful response, I already chatted with Pepper and that did absolutely nothing. Maybe read the entire review before copying and pasting such a useless response.
