Order online three bowls when i got home there was a little of food cover the bottom all three could have fit in one

Everytime I come to pick up an order the wait time is ridiculous and they are always telling me their waiting on chicken. Or white rice ... yet the chipolte on lorain road is great my orders are always ready when I get there I don't get how one chipolte can be so good and the other one so terrible yet there are only like 2 miles apart

Ordered online. Drive through. Sat at drive through window for 5 mins. before anyone greeted us. The order was not ready, so we waited. Naturally, when we got home the food was wrong. They filled the order right in front of us and made the food with wrong ingredients.
Dump the drive through. The manner in which you fill orders is not conducive to drive through order fulfillment.

This is the best Chipotle around. We go there weekly on Sunday and staff friendly and don't skimp on burrito content.

Went to pick up a digital order that was scheduled for 7:10 at the drive up window, arrived at the restaurant on time, and then proceeded to wait in line for 30+ minutes. No one apologized for the wait or delay in getting food. If the order cannot be fulfilled in the alloted time, push back the pick up windows to times that are actually realistic. The order was placed 20+ minutes before we went to pick up, no reason it should not have been done with 8 people working.

This is what happens when you place orders from your app: They give you the saddest Chipotle bowl ever! Even though you ask for extra everything, it's a waste of money to get rice, six pieces of chicken, and drizzled cheese on it.
