Please check your orders they like to rush you out the drive thru. Both times we tried this location they done it to my wife and messed up our order ! First time it cheese curds this time it’s the whole burger ! Sad part it they have two mangers on duty right now.

Don't care if your food is right or not rather give you a refund instead of making it right sad place you either take the poorly made food or get out tell you your holding there line when they can't make it right. Would love to talk to supervisor need training how to treat people

Why does Culver’s charge Tax at the Drive-Thru… didn’t even buy a soft drink. What’s funny is they said there shouldn’t be yet took my card and I payed $3 for tax. Kinda dumb you should fix that because in that state of Ohio there isn’t Tax on food. Possible talking legality issues down the
