Long line in drive thru, teenagers working were ignoring drive thru and phone calls. Eventually people started driving off. You could see all the kids inside messing around with the lights on.

Placed an mobile order. Had to call for them to bring out. No utensils at all in bag. Glad we were taking home to eat

Not good prices there too high went inside waited took forever for my food to get 5 drive through we.t and the two orders behind me came up before mine my milkshake was just plain milk by the time I got my food they cared more about the drive through then the people inside and all that was there was kids working probably nobody even there that was 20 years old very poor service will never go back

Drive thru says open till 10pm. Got there at 9:15pm and would not take an order

I usually go to drive thru, but because the last two times they got my order wrong. I went inside to order tonight. The young lady who's name is Izzy waited on me. She was very busy putting orders together and said that she would be right with me. When she was done she took my order. As I watched Izzy almost run to keep up with filling orders. This young lady is truly an ASSET to this DQ.
She is attentive, kind, efficient and does her best to keep things moving along so customers do not have to wait. A perfect example for all employees. Kudos to Izzy for having great work ethics,

Google said drive thru was open til 10pm. I pulled up at 9:45pm and the menu board was OFF, nobody responding, employees just stared at me at the window. If you're not open til 10pm then don't list it on google.

This place is awful. I went through the drive thru, had to sit and wait for the food, didn't check it before I left, when I got home and opened it. It was only half my order. Tried to call to speak to someone and they don't even have a working phone number. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. No reason to make these kinds of mistakes when they are as slow as it was, other than just blatantly not paying attention. All the employees were just standing around inside doing nothing.

I come here for lunch pretty frequently. The food is consistently good and the afternoon staff at this location are so sweet. Always pleasant and have my mobile order ready when I get there.

Not the best the last 3 times. Strawberry sunday...only strawberry juice. Blizzards with extra ingredients (paid xtra) 1/4 - 1/2 mixed and rest was plain vanilla ice cream. No matter flavor. Over last few months...less and less with vanilla. I used to love this place. Now kids and it's not worth it anymore. Guess I'll just get from grocery store....

This DQ has one store policy that drives me crazy: when ordering food and ice cream at the same time, they will not wait for the food to come out before preparing your ice cream. The result of this is a completely unnecessary extra few minutes of melt time from machine to mouth. This might sound nitpicky, but I really don't like soupy ice cream and have had to resort to placing separate orders to get this done right. Really annoying when you are using the drive through.

The food doesn't come fast. It takes a few minutes, every time. They are quick with the ice cream, though. It's a good DQ if you're buying only food or only ice cream or if you don't mind half-melted ice cream.

Also, these monsters stop serving food a half hour before the store's advertised closing time. What the actual poofing poofbiscuits? If you're after food near closing time, I hope this helps you so you don't end up wasting your time like I did when I learned this.
