We get out the door early and I'm able to make a quick stop so that my 7-year-old can get a donut. His favorite donut is a Boston cream donut. I gave the order for a Boston cream donut, and they put in a regular glaze donut. I'm so very glad that they cannot follow the simplest of directions and ruined the day for a 7-year-old boy. Good job everyone.

I ordered with my husband a latte, a donut, and a black coffee. Unfortunately, the latte was disgusting. I ordered it hot and it was almost cold, the cup felt warm, but when I drank it, it was lukewarm, almost cold. I wanted it hot because I was feeling cold. They made it twice and it still wasn’t hot. I wasted time and had to request a refund. Very bad experience. I recommend training your employees better, or not hiring people so young who seem to have their minds on TikTok instead of doing their job properly.

This is my favorite Dunkin around here. We have two in North Olmsted, but I go out of my way to go to this location. The workers are SO kind! There have been numerous instances where their kindness has really been the highlight of my day. Hayden and the rest of the team are always nice, smiling and go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. This is also the most consistent location when it comes to drink quality. I’ve been happy with every coffee that I’ve ordered. Thank you guys for being so awesome at what you do and for making your customers’ days brighter. It really goes a long way, especially nowadays. This is my go-to Dunkin now.

September I was in the hospital with horrible food poisoning from this specific Dunkin!! Dirty! They use the same spoon for every drink! And they do not wipe any counters down!! And if they do! It’s with the same dirty rag all day long! So gross!

If your going to get coffee do not go inside and get the coffee I recommend go through the drive thru every time I go inside and get my coffee it’s watered down I bought 4 times from inside to save time when the drive thru was packed got home and the coffee was watered down you pay $3 for a cup of coffee and it’s watered down this is ridiculous I have to go home and add black coffee just to get it right and don’t try to return they look at you like your crazy so take the extra time and wait in the drive thru unless you like to waste your money on watered down coffee

I’m from Boston, and the Dunkin’s over there are just better….its like New York style pizza….yeah they’re are good spots in other places but no one can out match New York Style pizza in the motherland….but this Dunkin for a old Bostonian like me make me think I’m back in Boston….great Service….great vibes!
