This store allows people to use their premise to continue to harass and stalk other customers and fall on the motion that “the texting is done outside their store”. Be careful when shopping here, they might target you next!

The store typically has horrible customer service and only have a couple of lanes open. I usually avoid this store and drive across town to shop at others. Tonight I tried to spend $450 and the service was so bad I decided to just leave and go to another store. While the cashier was horrible. The manager and young man at the customer service desk were very pleasant. Wish they had more staff like those two.

Got this yesterday and giant eagle and opened it when I got home to moldy cheese. Gross!

Hoe does a pharmacy send a text to pick up your meds, then advise you they don't have your diabetes med. How does that happen....
The manager there named Jesse, really saved me tonight with my daughter's birthday! He was so helpful and so very nice!! Thank you so much for dropping every thing to help me. I HIGHLY recommend this giant eagle. The cashier was so nice too, but unfortunately didn't catch her name. Thanks you guys!! Also, I was super impressed how clean and nice the store was. I won't go any where else!

At the end of an interaction the Saturday AM before Memorial Day, I told Cameron, the customer service representative, that I was going to take my business elsewhere. He shrugged and replied "go ahead." I was loyal to Giant Eagle and this location in particular until that exact moment.
Bought this yesterday and it is not edible today. Terrible produce
Our local Giant Eagle, but we prefer to go to North Olmsted's. They seem to have a better overall selection.
