Me and my sister did a drive through order. When we got home, A bite was taken out of one of my sisters nuggets. i called to ask about it, and was accused of prank calling, VERY rudely. Whoever did this… needa go.

The lady manager in the morning is so rude unprofessional, with no respect to the customers or to her work place what's so ever. I asked for napkins after coffee spilled all over from a different customer. She just turned her back to me and walked away. So I left it so she can deal with it., last week a mouse was trying to get in there . She was yapping her mouth for like 15 minutes with someone outside watching the mouse trying g to get in the restaurant, she acted like she didn't see it . She did even bother doing anything to prevent it from going inside. I was sitting in my car watching the whole thing and thinking what type of manager is this. It's just crazy to see this. What a way to lose customers. UT again she doesn't care either way

Had my McDouble no mustard no onions remade twice because it had onions both times, to finally get to my Mcnuggets to only have 3 out of the 4. I had already left at this point but I couldn't be more let down. I usually don't get them remade and just take the onions off, but im pregnant and the whole thing just smelled horribly of onions. 😭

Employee vaping in the entry way and 2 boys running around the kitchen trying to take each other hat. This McDonald's beer want to hire a couple adults to babysit before you get a lawsuit. Definitely not eating here any time soon

Floor is disgusting. Grease from the door to the counter and to the soft drink machine. They should be ashamed to let it get this bad. Whoever is in charge of maintenance should be fired.

I ordered my food, which was the fish fillet, they told me to pull around and wait, I did, 22 minutes later, a fish fillet with cold fries, I sat here and watched these employees inside half of them just standing around and act like they didn’t know what they even doing, 22 minutes for a fish fillet, I guess they had to go to Lake Erie and catch the fish and kill it, worst experience ever at a McDonald’s. I will never in my life go here again.
There frappe machine seems like it's always broke or down for cleaning.

No recipe. Large fry is only half full. No ketchup after requested and they forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meal. Other than that, the food was hot and good.
